The Onsen Hotel is quite neat in general. The hotel is more for international guests instead of local guests, so it’s not like a traditional Japanese Onsen hotel services that they provide. The food are fine but not the best we had.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die heißen Quellen sind sauber und schön. Insbesondere liegt die Lounge auf dem Weg zu den heißen Quellen und Restaurants, sodass sie leicht zu erreichen ist und jedes Mal verschiedene Speisen serviert werden. Es gab eine Auswahl an Getränken und sie servierten je nach Tageszeit eine Auswahl an Speisen wie Kekse, Kuchen, frittierten Tofu und eingelegte Beilagen, also kam ich wie ein Spatz zur Mühle vorbeiㅋㅋㅋ Glücklicherweise konnte ich das Schneelaternenfest sehen, was meine Erinnerungen an das Ryokan noch schöner machte. Das Abendessen war jedoch sehr dürftig. Das Sashimi hatte keinen Geschmack und das Schweinesteak schmeckte, als wäre es überhaupt nicht gewürzt. Selbst wenn man es in Soße tunkt, schmeckt es immer noch fad. Das Schweinefleisch war nicht sehr schmackhaft, also habe ich das Shabu-Shabu gegessen, das vorher kam, mit Reis als Beilage. Das Frühstück war viel besser. Ich denke, es ist nicht notwendig, das Abendessen hinzuzufügen.

Das Hotelzimmer ist groß, die Landschaft ist gut, es gibt einen speziellen Chicken-Station, der 16e Stock hat eine kostenlose Lounge, Getränke, Kaffee, roter weißer Wein und Bier, Gemüse-Kleinfrüchte ⋯⋯ Das japanische französische Essen mit einem Schalenfrüchte-Essen ist sehr erstaunlich und der Service ist super gut.

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

Die Einrichtungen ähneln denen anderer japanischer Hotels. Es ist eng und der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht gut... Heizung funktioniert gut. Und die Lage ist großartig. Egal, ob es sich um eine Bustour oder eine Bushaltestelle im Skigebiet handelt, es ist ein 10-15-minütiger Spaziergang. Exzellent!!!! Etwas enttäuschend ist das Gespür des Personals, an Tagen, an denen das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wird, Handtücher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist durchschnittlich, die Öffnungszeiten sind jedoch schlecht. Es handelt sich um ein Gebiet mit vielen Touristenattraktionen, das jedoch von 7 bis 10 Uhr geöffnet ist und daher während anderer Tourpläne nicht genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt liegt es über dem Durchschnitt.

Sehr gute Lage und sauber. Alles bestens. Sehr empfehlenswert.

We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!

Perfect Location. So close to the Subway and the Curry House downstairs is a bonus. So close to all stores and restaurants. The home itself is absolutely Fantastic. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Perfectly set out to make a great stay for the Japanese Home Experience. Thank you Eternal! We will return next trip to Japan
