GGastnutzerThis hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

GGastnutzerDas Hotelzimmer war ziemlich geräumig, was ich wirklich mag! Innenraum war auch schön! Die Einrichtungen auf Ebene 2 Front Desk waren auch angenehm! Das Personal war immer sehr süß und hilfsbereit mit Anfragen/Hilfe! Das Toilette hatte ein Fernbedienungs-Bidet, das ich zum ersten Mal sah, dass ich sehr lustig fand! AHAHAHAHA Die Lage ist auch wirklich großartig! JS wie ein VERY. wie 20-30 Meter zu Fuß zum nächsten Station Eingang/Ausgang (die Ausgang 2 ist! Google Maps sagte mir 3 als ich erst angekommen bin, aber Ausgang 2 ist buchstäblich JS außerhalb des Hotels links umdrehen und Sie können es sehen) Ich schreibe nicht üblicherweise Bewertungen Cus Im Lazy aber ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt so viel! würde sicherlich wieder Komfort inn reservieren, wenn ich nach Japan komme!

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel liegt nur 300 m vom JR Nagoya Station Shinkansen Seite (Tokaido Seite) entfernt, so dass es weniger als 10 Minuten dauerte, bis wir zum Hotel gingen, weil wir die Shinkansen von Tokio nach Nagoya nahmen. Wir waren beeindruckt mit dem Toilette im Zimmer, das wie japanisches Stil aussah.Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Alles, was nötig ist, ist gegeben. sehr empfohlen.

MManman CheungDas Hotel hat ein neuartiges Design, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Izakayas und Restaurants, darunter gegrillte Meeresfrüchte und Ramen. Es gibt auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie 7-Eleven Lawson, was sehr praktisch ist. LlinniiPerfect for short stays. Located near Nagoya Station - making taking JR/Shinkansen and the subway very easy. There’s plentiful restaurants around and the capsules were rather comfortable. Things to note is that they are unable to store luggage and you need to be out of the capsule rooms between 11-3, you can stay in the L10 lounge if you need somewhere to rest. They have lockers for you to store your stuff and is locked via. a QR code. The locker area is a bit tight for space but will be fine if you don’t stay for long-term and need to sort your luggage constantly. The showers were decently sized and there were enough bathrooms for use provided that it’s not rush hour. Overall, the experience was good and I would definitely stay at another 9h hotel for its price, comfort and convenience c:

About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station. There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal. There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel. Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place. Overall, the place is nice & cozy.

Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
