The best location with the most friendliest staffs. The room is very clean. The only two disturbing thing is the lift is very small and it could be noisy at night but that didn't put us off. Breakfast was also fantastic!

Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit einer einzigartigen Dusche, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen. Es ist günstig gelegen. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatte man einen Blick auf die Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir haben sie nicht genommen, weil das Hotel nur 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es eine Pfannkuchenmaschine gab.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Florenz. Außerdem ist es einfacher, das Zentrum von Florenz zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im 5. Stock gibt es keinen Aufzug. Wir mussten also mit dem Aufzug in den 4. Stock fahren und dann die Treppe benutzen, um zu unserem Stockwerk zu gelangen. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen vor der Check-in-Zeit im Hotel an und sie ließen uns unser Gepäck im Hotel aufbewahren.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 10 Minuten vom Uftzy Museum entfernt, aber es ist schwer zu finden, weil es kein Hotelzeichen gibt! Auch wenn ich in der Nähe von 10m stand, weiß ich nicht, ob ich hierher kommen würde. Als ich den in der Nähe ansässigen Hotelmann fragte, wurde ich auf die kleine Tür ”da” angezeigt. Auf den Referat, öffne es und dann auf den dritten Stock und fertige die Ankunftsverfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr süß. Als ich sagte, das Frühstück sei ein früher Morgen, antworte ich flexibel: ”Ich kann im Frühstücksgeschäft machen und einen Tag vor der Lieferung verlangen.” Außerdem bietet es einen Kaffee, Kühlschrank und Bettwäsche. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen und oben aufsteigen, werden Sie eine Terrasse finden, die die Landschaft des gemeinsamen Daches der alten Stadt sehen kann. Wenn Sie die Aufenthaltsverfahren reibungslos anwenden, wird es ein gutes Hotel sein.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, ausgezeichnete Behandlung und Service durch das gesamte Personal, insbesondere durch die Rezeptionistin, die morgens da ist und Spanisch sprechen kann. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit: außergewöhnlich, die Tatsache, dass es einen Pool gibt, auch wenn er klein ist, um vor allem im Sommer bei der Hitze ein Bad zu nehmen, ist ein wichtiger Punkt, den es zu berücksichtigen gilt, und obwohl ich gelesen habe, dass dies der Fall ist Ich warne Sie nicht davor, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, und in vielen Fällen schicken sie Sie, wie bei uns, zwar über viele Stufen in den zweiten Stock, bringen Sie aber auch nach oben und nehmen Ihre Koffer ab. Dieses Hotel in Florenz war wirklich toll! Das Zimmer war sauber und die Bettwäsche duftete herrlich. Das Bett war so bequem, dass ich wunderbar geschlafen habe. Das Obst zum Frühstück war köstlich. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein, aber das ist in Europa ja üblich. Florenz ist eine kleine Stadt, daher sind wir vom Hotel ins Stadtzentrum gelaufen. Auch der Bahnhof war fußläufig erreichbar!

Sehr kleine Zimmer für Alleinreisende. Gepäck lässt sich schwer öffnen und die Zimmer sind sogar noch kleiner als in Japan… Frühstück und Dekoration waren aber gut.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
