The place was very cozy and comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had great food. The location was also excellent. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay.

Das ITC Mughal Hotel ist eine absolute Freude! Von dem Moment, als ich auf dem Grundstück Fuß stieg, wurde ich mit warmer und unglaublicher Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Das Hotel ist mit seinen luxuriösen und eleganten Atmosphären ausgestattet, mit allen Details, die sich sorgfältig auf das reichhaltige Mughal-Erbe ausrichten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sorgfältig sauber und mit luxuriösen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, um einen komfortablen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Die Speiseerfahrung überstieg alle Erwartungen, mit einer Vielzahl von wunderbaren Küchen, die meine Geschmackbuds tantalisierten. Das Personal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mir alle Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, und erhielt einen personalisierten Service mit einem echten Lächeln. Das lustigen Garten und die erstaunliche Architektur des Hotels bieten die perfekte Hintergrundlage für Entspannung und Erkundung. Unzweifellos hat das ITC Mughal Hotel den Standard für luxuriöse Unterkünfte festgelegt, die meine enthusiastische fünf-Sterne-Bewertung verdienen.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

Alles war bis zu markieren. Das Zimmer war nett & sauber. Essen war auch ziemlich teuer, aber es war ok. Ich habe Thali gewählt, was gut im Geschmack & Menge war ok für eine Person.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich strategische und es gibt viele Lebensmittelplätze, ich empfehle es mit einem sehr günstigen Preis in Trip.com
