Ein fantastisches Hotel! Es verdient die 5 Sterne absolut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft des Hotelpersonals. Sie kümmerten sich aktiv um unsere Wünsche, zum Beispiel fragten sie beim Frühstück nach zusätzlichen Speisen, stellten uns eine Auswahl an Kuchen mit einer handgeschriebenen Nachricht bereit und sorgten für ausreichend Trinkwasser in umweltfreundlichen Recycling-Glasflaschen. Auch telefonisch wurden unsere Anfragen umgehend beantwortet und bearbeitet, beispielsweise mit zusätzlichen Handtüchern, einem Korkenzieher oder Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wenn ich nach Agra reise oder Freunde die Stadt besuchen, werde ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

Alles war bis zu markieren. Das Zimmer war nett & sauber. Essen war auch ziemlich teuer, aber es war ok. Ich habe Thali gewählt, was gut im Geschmack & Menge war ok für eine Person.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich strategische und es gibt viele Lebensmittelplätze, ich empfehle es mit einem sehr günstigen Preis in Trip.com
