Liked: I stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, staff were helpful and there were lots of options at the buffet breakfast. I was particularly impressed that the ***ager, Yogesh, remembered my 2-day itinerary and asked how my day was. Disliked: The staff were noisy in the corridor one night but it didn't last long. I could also here the outside noise a bit from my room. Once, a staff member asked if I wanted to visit the hotel shop, which annoyed me. (I'm of the opinion that if someone wants to buy something, they will seek to do so themselves.)

We stopped for 1 night, we had a large room with a separate put up bed for the third adult which wasn't comfortable. The shower room was a good size. The room had a fridge, safe and kettle. There are about 6 sunbeds by the pool, towels provided too... it looks nothing like the photos...the wooden planks are all loose and hazardous they need replacing. Nice for an hour of relaxing but the pool also needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast was adequate, freshly cooked eggs and local dishes as well as fruit. Reception staff friendly.

Hotel is very nice and beautiful.Staffs and ***ager work in a cooperative ***ner .They are very helpful and nice .The rooms are also very clean .The thing that we liked the most is that the hotel is very clean and well organised.They also show some fun and interesting magic tricks to kids .Children enjoy it a lot .Well in short the hotel provides good facilities and is very clean ....

Excellent stay arranged by our tour company. Froendly, service-oriented staff. Comfortable room. I had a massage that included standard massage, potice massage with herbs and oil and another ayurvedic massage practice. After we checked out and sight seeing, we returned to the hotel to spend time before our overnight train. The staff welcomed us and it was a comfortable space-to pass time— with wifi— and good food from the restaurant.

Start from Hotel loby which is very huge and enough parking space. Staff is very helpful and supportive and also swimming pool is in a enough good space with a good knowledgeable trainer, rooms are neat and clean and extra bed can easily placed and overall meal is very delicious Thanks to Yogesh ji guidance to give us a wonderful experience in Agra.

Hotel stay was good Specially Hotel staff are very helpful Mr Yogesh was very co-operative and helpful during the stay. he guide me for taxi and much more. Hotel ambiance is good Room is neat and clean. Pool was also very maintain. I will suggest to my friends and family members to visit the retreat hotel.

Hotel not for white foreign tourists. Very poor customer experience, trying to rob you, whichever way they can. Falls behind standard practices we have seen in other hotels in Delhi and surrounding area and we recommend avoiding this one.

We stayed one night at the hotel. Unfortunate experience at the restaurant made our stay less attractive than expected. The restaurant procing for alcohol is not in the menu card so they tell you any price they can and if you don’t ask beforehand you are doomed. 1st glass of wine was diluted, 2nd was replaced with non-alcoholic sparkling quasi drink for people who may not be sophisticated in the wine area. The next day we stayed at amazing hotel Tiger Den next to Ranthambore National Park. Bottle of wine was 3x cheaper than what Retreat charged for the same product and they were not diluting with cheap stuff. Overall it’s a scam hence 1 out of 5 (hotel quality very good) so I am making negative comment purely because of restaurant ***ager.

Hotel standard very nice but as a foreign tourist you have to be careful for restaurant customer service (especially the bald older ***ager). They don’t provide drink prices in their menu card so we assumed average prices from New Delhi. Afterwards they charged €10 per 100-120ml wine glass each and thought we won’t notice they diluted the alcohol as we ordered a full unopen bottle later on. My recommendation to hotel ***agement is you either sell drinks at very high price without cheap tricks or you offer those diluted drinks at lower price. End result it felt like a professional scam in a pretty high quality hotel. Even if the hotel responds they do not do such things, do not trust them as we have quite good expertise and previous experience in wine tasting.
