GGastnutzer服務：建發旗下酒店，做事專業，真不是私人別墅的服務可以比的。服務簡直做到位了，無可挑剔。每一位工作人員都親切而周到，不僅房間升等，還免費送了非常好吃的早餐，瓶裝礦泉水更是無限供應。我關陽台門不小心夾傷了手，前台還提供了消毒碘酒和創口貼。
首先會電話確認船票訊息，有一對一管家滿足你所有疑問和需求，和我對接的樑管家簡直24小時在線，隨時回覆。還有碼頭接駁車，帶長者小孩和行李的遊客尤其需要，司機小張師傅人也特別靠譜，我們離島前特意幫忙將行李送到碼頭，還幫忙保管了好一會兒。用積分訂購的入住水果是香梨和蜜橘，品質都很好很甜，水分也足。
環境：在島的半山腰上，去菽莊花園和日光巖可以節約一半體力。附近餐飲和遊玩都很方便，酒店還有小路刷房卡直通觀海園沙灘，我住在八號樓離得尤其近。
衞生：房間整潔衞生，寬敞明亮，還有小陽台，看着很舒心。
設施：放行李的地方很大，房間備了電子蚊香液，空調給力，洗澡水熱得很快，水流也大。房間燈的佈局非常合理。淋浴間牆上還有座位可放下，可以給站不穩的人坐着洗澡，簡直太周到了。
建議:
衞生間馬桶如果能升級成智能馬桶就更棒了。
掛捲紙的架子抽捲紙不是特別穩固，捲紙一抽容易就掉地上，建議加個卡位的小裝置。
綜合評價: 在鼓浪嶼住過的最棒的酒店，服務、餐飲、衞生都可以給超五星，爸媽非常滿意，一直在誇是天花板一樣的存在。感謝每一位工作人員，給我們的鼓浪嶼之旅平添了一份非常美好的回憶！

YYappariStory⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐
I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊
From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏
I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator.
The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄
The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋
Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍
Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯
The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely.

One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist gut und die Verkehrsanbindung ist bequem. Unten befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und gegenüber liegt der Fährhafen (Rückkehrstation Gulangyu). Sie können Gulangyu im Liegen sehen. Der Achte Markt ist nur 200 Meter entfernt und die Fußgängerzone Zhongshan Road ist in fünf bis sechs Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bilder sind sehr realistisch und nicht übertrieben geschönt. Die Schwester an der Rezeption, die vielleicht die Chefin ist, ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Außerdem gibt es einen gutaussehenden Jungen, der sehr geduldig ist. Als ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängerte, brachte er mir immer wieder bei, wie man Preise vergleicht. Ich selbst fand das mühsam, hahaha.

BBlindSmileDas war mein zweites Aufenthalt hier, und ich habe die Deluxe Suite gewählt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und fühlte sich mehr als eine bediente Wohnungmit einem riesigen Sofa, der leicht 6–8 Personen setzen könnte, ein ordentliches Wohnbereich und ein komfortables Königsbett, das es leicht zu bekommen, eine gute Ruhe.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Lobby für Drop-off und pick-up, die die Ankunft reibungslos und ohne Probleme machte.
Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich wurde kostenlos Frühstück angeboten, und sie halfen sogar mit Waschbecken, indem sie meine Kleidung von der Waschmaschine zu dem Trockner verschoben und sie am Rechner für den pickup platzieren.
Das Essen war großartig, mit einer Mischung aus westlichen und chinesischen Optionen, die sowohl lecker als auch zufriedenstellend waren.
Die Lage ist bequem, vor allem wenn Sie an Veranstaltungen im Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center teilnehmen und um die Gegend zu kommen ist einfach.
Insgesamt, ein reibungsloser und nützlicher Aufenthalt. Alles wurde mit Vorsicht handhabt. Ich werde sicher zurück sein.
Das ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal habe ich eine luxuriöse Suite gewählt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber, mehr als eine Service-Wohnung mit einem super großen Sofa, die 6 bis 8 Personen setzen kann, und der separate Wohnzimmerraum, das große Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel und schläft gut.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine unabhängige Halle und eine sehr bequeme Verbindungszone, besonders geeignet für Gepäck oder Bussport.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und freundlich zu helfen. Sie bieten mir kostenloses Frühstück und helfen mir intim, die Kleidung in der Waschmaschine auf die Trockner zu verschieben und dann auf die Rezeption zu setzen, bis ich die Wäsche nehmen kann, um ihnen zu sagen, dass es möglich ist.
Das chinesische und das westliche Essen sind sehr lecker, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Qualität ist auch gut.

Die allgemeine Erfahrung ist sehr freundlich und komfortabel, der Service ist vorsichtig und das wert ist. Das nächste Mal wird es wieder kommen.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Bett war für westliche Verhältnisse etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber. Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über Herrn Micheal Chen sagen, dessen Englisch außergewöhnlich und seine Höflichkeit unglaublich waren. Er half uns sogar, unsere Fährtickets nach Gulangyu zu buchen! Wenn Sie ihn treffen, fragen Sie nach Fawlty Towers! 🤣 Das Gleiche kann man von einer Dame, die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitete, nicht sagen. Ich bekam einen Teller Brot zum Teilen und mir wurde gesagt, wenn ich Brot so sehr mag, dann verkaufen sie es!!!! Es kam mir so vor, als würde sie uns jedes Mal mustern, wenn wir etwas essen gingen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie das zu irgendjemandem mit einem Teller voller Knödel sagte. Wir fühlten uns jedes Mal unwohl, wenn wir danach zum Frühstück gingen, und das ist kein Zeichen für ein gutes Hotel. Ich werde nicht nach Xiamen zurückkehren, aber wegen ihr würde ich, wenn ich es täte, ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Die Lage ist super, genau mittig von Xiamen. Zu Beginn war ich viel zu Fuß unterwegs. Später habe ich die U-Bahn genutzt, die sich um die Ecke befindet. Nächste Reise, wieder dieses Hotel.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr bequem, unten ist der Kalifornien Business Square, Esstisch, Einkaufsstandort fertig, neben der BRT Hunwen Station, die Reise zum Ausstellungszentrum und die Stadt ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, der Sound ist auch gut, ich lebe sehr ruhig. Der Rezeptionservice ist sehr aufmerksam und die Details sind sehr intim. It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room.
She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden.
The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level.
When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner.
When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in.
Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair.
The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door.
Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902.
At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late.
Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided.
I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin.
So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change.
Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent.
Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.
