JI Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Ferry Terminal)

Location is good as there’s many food around and we mainly took didi, the receptionist was also nice to put both rooms side by side. It is a big hotel, and there was only one robot so it took awhile to reach the room. They also seem understaffed when I had trouble collecting my delivery parcel and there was also a huge crowd for checking.

The room was nice and the ambiance was good. The bed and bathroom were clean. We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is in a very convenient location, about a 14-minute walk from Bashi Market. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby. Special thanks to Xiao Zhang and his colleagues at the front desk for being so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location and service is great, it's just that we have to move out after one day. We booked without checking, our fault, each room is very small, and we were assigned next to the lift, very noisy too. The hotel was booked for two days however my dad had allergies, my mom had difficulty sleeping due to the noise hence we had to check out one day early and move to another Ji hotel the next day.

Everything was good the people was very nice and professional and the room was very very clean

This hotel is just alright mainly because the rooms booked do not match the pictures and it's not just the picture angles that make the room look bigger. They are actually different rooms. But the staff was very nice. Mr Lin, the guy that helps you plan your trip, was great. He booked two days for us. One day didn't go so well and he even brought us some snacks. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options to choose from. Free laundry was a nice perk. Location was a bit far from the busier area that we visited at night. It's doable, but expect a 10-15 minute walk, which may be tough if its hot out. Internet was unreliable, so use your cell phone's hot spot.

We had a fantastic stay at this Xiamen hotel, and it was largely thanks to the incredible staff. First and foremost, the breakfasts were a highlight. They were truly delicious with a great variety. My elderly parents, who are visiting from overseas, absolutely loved them. It was the perfect start to our days. The standout feature of our stay, however, was the exceptional service we received from one staff member at the reception: 小杨 (Mr. Yang). As overseas visitors, we were initially quite unfamiliar with the local transportation, travel arrangements, and navigating essential apps like WeChat. Mr. Yang went completely above and beyond to help us. He patiently helped us communicate with the hotel at our next destination, arranged for drivers, and explained the local transport system. His assistance was invaluable and saved us so much stress. He is a true asset to the hotel, and his commendable service truly deserves recognition! As for the room, it was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit on the smaller side, but that's completely understandable given the very reasonable price and the hotel's excellent, convenient location. You get excellent value for what you pay. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially international travelers who might appreciate that extra layer of patient and kind support. Thank you, and especially thank you to 小杨, for making our trip so smooth and memorable
