LLWX72Good sized room with comfortable King sized bed. Room and bathroom were very clean, however the glass windows were super dirty (way overdue for an external facade cleaning). Check out was smooth just need to drop room key into drop box at the lobby but the pre-arranged hotel airport shuttle was disappointing. The shuttle ran out of seats even with pre-booking with no staff to check if others had made a booking before boarding. I and another guest whom had prebooked the shuttle had to wait for another driver to bring his car around to send us to the airport. We had to unload our suitcase from the first shuttle too.

GGastnutzerIch bin sehr froh, dass ich mich bei der Blindbox-Eröffnung für ein gutes Zimmer entschieden habe (keine Angst vor dem günstigen Preis.) Obwohl das Hotel eine gewisse Geschichte hat, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt sehr hoch Die Servicequalität des Personals ist sehr gut. Die Qualität der Zimmer ist auch nicht schlecht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen. Alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, daher sollte man aufgrund des günstigen Preises nie denken, dass die Qualität schlecht ist. Wie auch immer, die Erfahrung meines Aufenthalts war dieses Mal gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption sagte mir, dass die neu renovierten Zimmer im dritten Stock auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bieten. Ich finde das neue Bentley Hotel zu teuer, aber ich bevorzuge immer noch das Benx Hotel (beide gehören derselben Gruppe)

MMazTeoEnjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

ZZenJhenMir gefällt die elektrische Heizung, die den Strom automatisch abschaltet, wenn ich sie hochhebe. Diese elektrische Heizung ist einem elektrischen Ventilator sehr ähnlich Körper schnell.
Ich mag den High-School-Freund meines Bruders sehr. Er sieht nicht wie das Baby einer Mutter aus. Er ist ein Blumenkohl-Typ. Ich habe den Sensoji-Tempel besucht Ich ging mehrmals zum S-Café und zum Restaurant oben, ging an der Geschäftsabteilung vorbei und ging dort mehrmals zur Toilette.

肥肥GG 舅父Die Lage ist das größte Plus: Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und Busbahnhof Zhongli entfernt, ist das Hotel für alle Verkehrsmittel bequem zu erreichen. Die Lage ist zweifellos hervorragend. Allerdings ist das Hotel selbst recht alt und die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe sogar gelegentlich kleine Insekten im Zimmer gefunden. Ich denke, es eignet sich eher für Reisende ohne Kinder, die nur eine Nacht bleiben und am nächsten Tag wieder abreisen. Es ist eine akzeptable Option.

AAlexey_SwissEin klasse Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Der Service war 1A es wurde sogar das Frühstück für Leute die früher abreisen bereitgestellt. Viel angeboten bzgl Flughafenservice. Die Metro ist 5 min Fussweg entfernt und man ist in 7min am Flughafen (20NT).
Das Zimmer war traumhaft, Bett gemütlich und die Zimmer sehr ruhig.

GGastnutzerDeluxe twin room is big, clean and nice. The exterior of the building may look dates but the inside is not and isvery comfortable. Every level has a water dispenser which is convenient. The locafion is is near PX mart and many eateries though a bit of walking to Taoyuan statiion but there are many buses near the hotel to take to the Taoyuan HSR and station. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will defimitely stay again if i come to Taoyuan. Value for money and highly recommended!

JJodieGThe staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified. 
CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished. 
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
