Holiday Inn Express TAOYUAN by IHG

Free flow & no charge of nice coffee and tea throughout the day. Nice stay. Recommended.

Location to airport is just 25 min via Uber which is very good. However, traveling to Taipei city center is about 1 hr though bus rides are quite efficient. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly especially on our first day check in we were allowed early check in as the room was already available. Breakfast was good though if you were staying for more than two days, you might tend to skip the last day breakfast as you encounter almost same menu each day.

I did mentioned away from lift by still give my room nearby to lift . The corridor was also very smelly and unpleasant, which made the overall stay even more disappointing. The hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness, ventilation, and the overall condition of the common areas. c

We booked twin bed room, a bit disappointed with the single bed size which is very small 😞. With Holiday Inn brand cannot expect size of the bed too small. Breakfast area very congested due to its limited space. Breakfast served and choices. however is good and average. Location is good due to easy access to the bus stop.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others

it was a good stay, good lovwtion, good breakfast and nice staff . Everything was great

The staff are friendly and kind. it was raining when we were leaving, the staff brought us an umbrella and escorted us to a taxi. The service was excellent! The only downside was that the room was small and a bit dated.
