New hotel opened in a prime location, next to Sogo and not far from shopping areas. The hotel itself is very relaxing, and the staff is friendly. The lobby is on the 5th floor for checking in, and the ground floor is missing a sitting area for waiting for taxis (they do have the space so it might be just a matter of time to set that area up). I was however a bit disappointed to not find a gym there, despite there being a yoga class schedule. Might come again

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, kleine Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade sowie verschiedene Smoothies sind jedem Tag Standard. Dazu kann man aus einer Karte noch zusätzlich etwas warmes bestellen.
Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und es gibt Schubkästen als Stauraum. In einem findet man sogar Schuhputzzeug.
Das Bett ist bequem und die Kissen prima.
Wir würden das Gleiche Hotel wieder nehmen.

Ich habe das Zimmer für einen Freund gebucht und hier ist sein Feedback: Die Schalldämmung war mangelhaft; man konnte die Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer deutlich hören, und auf der Toilette befanden sich drei Tropfen Urin.
Die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe gestaltete sich schwierig; da das Hotel keinen Partnerparkplatz hatte, parkten wir schließlich bei Uspace, was 640 Yuan kostete.
Die Theke roch seltsam, und die Luftqualität war nicht besonders gut.
Unter den Tabletts mit Speisen, wie zum Beispiel Salaten, fehlte Eis, um diese frisch zu halten.

I really enjoyed the stay. Beds and cushions were excellent the room was grand. Experience of Rest Room or Bath room for the price paid was really amazing. A Bath tub, Head shower distinct areas a closet and Vanity table and toilet all sequential in their on spaces was well done

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, being very close to the MRT and bus stations, making it extremely convenient to visit tourist spots around Taipei. Situated in a residential area, the hotel is very quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation.
The lounge is fantastic, offering a variety of refreshments that are perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Taipei!

This is my second time staying at the Dandy Daan Park There's a very welcoming feeling at this hotel. It's nice to have some snacks not only in the room, but in the lobby that you are not charged for. It's refreshing to interact with a business that's not trying to make extra money off of small things. There's not even a charge for the machines in the laundry room. The staff is wonderful. One of them even walked next door with me to 7-Eleven to help me out with the machine Ihad to use to pay for my train tickets, the rooms are small, but extremely comfortable.

Ohne Übertreibung muss ich sagen, dass das Hotel meine Erwartungen angesichts des Preises übertroffen hat. Wir waren zu viert in einem Familienzimmer und fanden es trotzdem sehr geräumig! Besonders gut gefiel uns das Badezimmer, das ebenfalls sehr geräumig und sauber war.
Ich fand es toll, dass das Hotel unser Zimmer so gründlich gereinigt hat. Am zweiten Abend standen sogar Snacks, Obst und aufgefülltes Wasser für uns bereit.
Ich bin beim Frühstück immer etwas wählerisch, aber ich muss sagen, dass es ein normales chinesisches und westliches Frühstück gab. Besonders gut fand ich, dass auch Obst angeboten wurde – das ist immer erfrischend!

Ich war mit meinem viertägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, daher möchte ich hier einen Kommentar abgeben.
Ich kehre oft nach Taiwan zurück, um Verwandte und Freunde zu besuchen, und habe in vielen verschiedenen Hotels in Taipeh übernachtet. Dieses Mal war es am wärmsten.
Vielen Dank an Tracy, Noris und Jenny für ihre geduldigen Antworten auf E-Mails und ihre Unterstützung sowie an Wendy und das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption für ihre Betreuung. Die Kinder freuten sich auch sehr über verschiedene kleine Überraschungen zu ihrem Geburtstag🥳
Neben dem hervorragenden Service aller Mitarbeiter ist auch die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und es liegt ganz in der Nähe meiner Lieblingseinkaufsorte Nancy Eslite und Zhongshan.
Empfehlenswerte Hotelsuiten, sehr gut geeignet für Familienreisen.

GGastnutzer1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

Schalldämmung: Die Schalldämmung des Hotels war von Anfang an nicht besonders gut. Ich konnte die Gespräche der Familie nebenan hören, einschließlich des Streits zwischen Mutter und Kind. Das war zwar verständlich, aber es war immer noch 1:30 Uhr morgens und unglaublich störend.
Service: Ich erwarte von diesen Hotels keine hohen Standards, aber weil das Zimmer nebenan so laut war, rief ich die Rezeption an und bat darum. Tatsächlich wurde der Lärmpegel deutlich reduziert, und ich konnte endlich schlafen.
Ausstattung: Das Wasser war stark und heiß, und die Klimaanlage war ausreichend.
Ich denke, wenn man in einem solchen Hotel übernachtet, sollte jeder verständnisvoll sein, leise sprechen und respektvoll miteinander umgehen, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Hostel ohne Aufzug in geschäftigen Lage, 7Eleven ums Eck. Leider schon am Eingang steile Treppe.
Altes Gebäude, Dusche & WC nicht getrennt und alle im Zimmer. Nach dem Duschen alles nass für den nächsten Benutzer, keine Handtücher, keine Badvorleger...nervig! Keine Kapseln, nur Gardinen, alles veraltet. Für ne Nacht ok, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen aufgrund der Badezimmer und Treppen.

Mmaruko。Günstig gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof Taipeh entfernt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Ohne Zimmerschlüssel ist der Zutritt zur Wohnetage nicht möglich. Das Zimmer ist klein. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser. Es gibt keine Fenster im Zimmer, sodass kein natürliches Licht hereinkommt, aber über der Toilette befindet sich ein kleines Fenster, das etwas natürliches Licht hereinlässt. Das Duschbad und die Toilette sind getrennt. Es wurde gründlich gereinigt. Da keine Zahnbürsten vorhanden waren, habe ich meine eigene mitgebracht. Die Einwegpantoffeln im Zimmer sind dünn und schwer anzuziehen, daher ist es möglicherweise eine gute Idee, Ihre eigenen mitzubringen. Die Wände sind dünn, so dass man die Stimmen von nebenan hören kann. Für nervöse Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Im Zimmer gab es einen Leitfaden zur Organisation eines Taxis, sodass ich auf dem Rückweg ein Taxi zum Flughafen arrangierte. Ich konnte die Waschmaschine und den Trockner kostenlos nutzen, sodass ich drei Nächte lang jeden Tag meine Kleidung waschen konnte. Die Metzgerei vor mir gefiel mir so gut, dass ich sie zweimal herausnahm.

홀홀여자Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr an und fand es sehr angenehm, dass bereits eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war, sodass ich mein Gepäck abgeben konnte. Beim Einchecken wurde mir freundlicherweise alles auf Englisch erklärt, was sehr praktisch war. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Man kann Handtücher und Hausschuhe mieten, und da es ein reines Frauenhotel ist, dachte ich, das Badezimmer sei ebenfalls nur für Frauen. Es wurde aber auch von Männern benutzt. Außerdem gab es nur zwei Badezimmer, was ziemlich unpraktisch war, da ich während des Duschens nicht gleichzeitig duschen konnte. ㅠㅜ Es gibt aber auch noch ein Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Bitte beachten Sie das. Die Lage ist gut.

VVivi_93Ein sauberes Hotel mit super Service. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Hotel die man rund um die Uhr nutzen kann. Zudem eine Bar und Frühstück, das rein taiwanischem Frühstück entspricht. Leider sind die Zimmer im
Keller sehr hellhörig. Jeder Luftzug oder Huster der Nachbarn ist hörbar.

Wwong magdaleneDas Hotel ist wirklich toll! Waren für eine Nacht hier! Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und der Kundenservice war ebenfalls großartig und hat mir bei meiner Anfrage weitergeholfen. Es gibt auch eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, was wirklich toll ist. Außerdem gibt es in der Lobby Snacks und Getränke, die Sie kostenlos genießen können. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht, da Ximending zu Fuß erreichbar ist und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe liegen. Es gibt auch einen Family Mart oder 7-11, aus dem Sie für Ihre Snacks bis spät in die Nacht wählen können.

Ich glaube jedoch, dass es allein mit Google Maps etwas schwierig zu finden sein könnte. Es scheint sich um ein Hotel zu handeln, das einen Teil eines großen Gebäudes einnimmt, und andere Hotelbetreiber scheinen auch andere Etagen zu belegen. Es fühlt sich wie eine wirklich einzigartige Form des Zusammenlebens an, und das Beste daran ist, dass es im Erdgeschoss einen Supermarkt gibt.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt nur eine Gehminute vom Ausgang M2 des Hauptbahnhofs Taipeh entfernt. Der Ningxia-Nachtmarkt und Ximending sind in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und mit etwas Anstrengung kann man auch Dihua Street zu Fuß erreichen. Beliebte Restaurants wie Fuhang Doujiang und Shuangyue Food Company sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man von morgens bis abends keine Probleme mit Essen oder Einkaufen hat.
Die Gästezimmer befinden sich im 5. bis 7. Stock eines gemischt genutzten Gebäudes. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass ein Doppelbett den gesamten Raum ausfüllt.
