Hotel is located near the train station with about 10minutes walk and it’s very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and always assisting in every way possible from check-in to requests to check-out too.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though room size is small but it sleep comfortably maximum of 2 person in a room. Overall had a great experience too and will definitely stay again.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Taiwan Boulevard, aber etwas weiter vom Bahnhof Taichung entfernt. Die Zimmerpreise sind sehr günstig (unter 1000 NT$ an Wochentagen). Einziger Nachteil: Es gab keine Kleiderbügel (auf den Fotos der Buchungswebsite sind sie abgebildet, aber ich habe sie während meines Aufenthalts nicht gesehen). Für einen Kurztrip war das aber kein großes Problem! Insgesamt war ich zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab eine Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Ausgezeichneter Service durch alle Mitarbeiter; alle lächeln und bereit zu helfen. Die kostenlosen Mahlzeiten waren so ein Bonus und Gott gesendet, als einige Tage wir zu beschäftigt mit unserem Reiseplan und hatten nicht Zeit zu essen, so würden wir zum Abendessen zurück zum Hotel gehen. obwohl das Menü das gleiche war. Wir haben jeden Tag nicht gedacht, da die Qualität recht anständig war und es Varianten gab. Der Wasserdruck war der beste! Das Bett war komfortabel, Klimaanlage war kalt, Smart TV, schnelle Auflösung von Technikern, wenn wir nicht mit dem Zimmer WiFi verbunden konnten. Im Allgemeinen würde es empfehlen! Es gibt auch einen Massageservice mit Rabatt für Zimmergäste; ziemlich mittelschwer, aber für den Preis OK La.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Taichung und ist sehr günstig gelegen. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und informierte uns umfassend über die Einrichtungen, Essenszeiten und die Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Badezimmer war modern und komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Bidet-WC. Der große Fernseher bot eine breite Auswahl an digitalen Kanälen, und neben dem Bett befanden sich USB-Ladestationen und Steckdosen zum bequemen Aufladen von Handys und Kameras. Das reichhaltige Frühstück sorgte für eine gute Stärkung vor den Sightseeing-Touren. Familien mit Kindern konnten den Kinderspielbereich nutzen, und Erwachsene standen der Fitnessraum zur Verfügung. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte dort und erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

YYH_AllenIch hatte nicht erwartet, dass diese Unterkunft ein Motel auf der Grundlage seines chinesischen Namens sein wird, so dass es ein bisschen überrascht war, als ich ankam.
Die Lage ist sehr bequem, was ein großer Plus ist. Allerdings hatte die Umgebung einen leichten Duft von Zigarettenrauch. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig, aber für die Gäste, die Fuß ankommen, ist der Zugang nicht sehr intuitiv Sie müssen zuerst nach unten zum Grundstück und dann durch die Parkgarage gehen, was den Verkehr etwas ungünstig fühlt.

WwepanThis was, without a doubt, the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Taiwan. For context, I also visited other cities like Taipei and Kaohsiung, but this hotel in Taichung stood out above the rest.
The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the Taichung Railway Station, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. We arrived way too early, around 8:00 a.m., but we were immediately greeted by smiling staff who were so welcoming. They kindly helped us with our luggage for safekeeping, something we truly appreciated. They gave us proper luggage tags, and our bags were placed in an area right next to the staff for monitoring, which gave us great peace of mind.
We also asked for directions to some places we wanted to visit, and they went above and beyond by printing out a hard copy of the route for us. This was my first time experiencing such thoughtful service, and it made a huge difference. We headed out, explored a few spots, and returned later in the afternoon for check-in.
To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since it was a budget hotel but oh boy, was I impressed. The room was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh, like it had just been thoroughly cleaned. Aside from the usual complimentary coffee and tea, they even surprised us with free Doritos and Biscoff biscuits, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom was also incredibly clean. We slept really well.
Breakfast the next morning was good, with a nice variety. Although the selection was limited, everything tasted great, and they even offered a takeaway option, which was perfect for guests on the go. The next day’s breakfast was even better, they didn't repeat the same items, which showed real attention to detail and care for their guests.
Even upon check-out, the staff remained warm and friendly, always smiling. What stood out most was that even the cleaners greeted us with a smile every time they saw us in the hallway. It’s that kind of genuine hospitality that turns a simple stay into a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taichung!

TTungBest resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

Motel, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Parkplatz (Garage) unten und die Treppe hinauf zum Zimmer. Wenn Sie sperriges Gepäck haben, achten Sie darauf, nicht meine Zimmerkategorie zu buchen. Es gibt auch andere Zimmerkategorien, die wie Hotelzimmer über Aufzüge erreichbar sind.

JJess BellamyDas Hotel ist sehr elegant mit einem schönen Bett und einem Bad. Der Pool war ganz kalt trotz des Sommers, so dass es nicht sehr angenehm zu schwimmen. Das Frühstück war gut, obwohl es die gleiche Mahlzeit jeden Tag war, so dass wenn Sie mehr als ein paar Tage bleiben, Sie vielleicht mehr Vielfalt wünschen.

TTiffytif17The room is as described and shown on the pictures. I gave a 4 for cleanliness as on first night, I found hairs on the bed & a hole on the bath towel. I reported to the staff via LINE (in Taiwan they use mainly LINE to communicate). They quickly took action and offered to change the bedsheets and clean the room. As I stayed for a week, they scheduled a housekeeping on day 4 of my stay. The soundproofing is not the best but if needed earplugs are provided in the room.
It was the winter in Taiwan when I was there so having a hot shower is important and the hot water is available. I like that there is water dispenser at each room level, rubbish and recycling bins are located outside so it is convenient.
The location of the inn is about 15 minutes walk from the Taichung Train Station. If you are carrying large luggage, advise to take a Uber. It is near to 一中街 (yizhong street) where you can find many shops, food, etc. From the inn, cutting through the open space carpark, you will be at the shopping area.
As a female solo traveller, at the start I was a bit concerned of the location of the inn. The entrance to the inn is in a alley, next to a bistro bar. You need the access card to enter the inn so that is find, just make sure it is lock after you enter. The front desk only operates from 11 am - 10:30 pm. There is an emergency hotline number to call for afterhour service. Using LINE to communicate with them is easy.
There's a cafe next to the inn where you can have breakfast with discount by showing your room card. If you want to travel to places, there are many buses. If not, it is easy to get Uber. For first time traveller to Taichung, he/she will not be aware that toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl, so it is good to have a sign to show that.
Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price, it is value for money.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett is.comfortable. Kinder sind glücklich mit dem Jacuzzi.
Die Lage ist nicht bequem, aber.they.erbringen Shuttle-Services zum und von Feng Jia Nachtmarkt. Glücklicherweise haben wir unseren eigenen Fahrer zu anderen touristischen Attraktionen gehen, so ist noch OK.
Insgesamt ist ein schöner Aufenthalt.

JJgoh81Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
