Ich mag wirklich die Vibe dieses Hotels und das Zimmer. Ich habe zwei Zimmer für meine Familie gebucht, und sie mögen es auch. Alles ist schön, nett und riecht gut. Die Lage ist super bequem mit Komfortgeschäften, einem Geschäft, Karaoke und mehr in der Nähe, so gibt es nichts zu besorgen. Es gibt auch ein Fitnessraum (entschuldigen Sie, ich habe nicht viele Fotos genommen, vielleicht nächstes Mal 🤣). Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter für ihre engagierte Unterstützung! Ich habe ein Lieblingskleidungsstück im Zimmer gelassen und es erst gefunden, als ich nach dem Auschecken in Yilan ankam! Ich rief das Personal um Hilfe und spürte ihre enthusiastische Unterstützung. Da die Rezeption des nächsten Hotels sich weigerte, das Paket abzuholen, versuchten die Mitarbeiter des Fengjia Hotels ihr Bestes, mir zu helfen, es mithilfe einer schwarzen Katze zur nächsten Selbstabholstelle zu schicken! Ich reise mit dem Auto und das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die beide kostenlos sind. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fengjia-Nachtmarkts, der für einen nächtlichen Besuch sehr praktisch ist.
Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und sauber, das Platzangebot groß und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr hoch. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wiederkomme, werde ich auch hier übernachten!

Mein erster Aufenthalt im Taichung Mulan Hotel war super.
Allerdings wirkten die Zimmereinrichtung und die Möbel deutlich abgenutzt.
Bevor ich ins Bett ging, bemerkte ich einen Spiegel in der Ecke der Decke, der die Lampe über dem Bett reflektierte und viel Staub zeigte.

Located in a quite business area. MTR station and some site-seeing spots are within walking distance (around 10-20 minutes) which is good for a leisure walk. The hotel is well-equipped. Have not tried the restaurants as there are many good food in the community. There is a 24-H self-service laundry shop nearby which is clean and convenient.

2. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose neben dem Bett, und diese steckt auf dem Nachttisch. Mein Ladegerät ist relativ groß und lässt sich überhaupt nicht einstecken. Ich muss weit weglaufen, um am Stecker am zu laden TV-Seite.
3. Nach dem zweiten Punkt dachte ich ursprünglich, dass es ziemlich sauber sei, aber als ich den Nachttisch bewegen wollte, weil die Steckdose an meinem Nachttisch nicht eingesteckt werden konnte, stellte ich fest, dass es sehr staubig war, also habe ich es nicht getan Bewegen Sie den Schrank.

YYH_AllenIch hatte nicht erwartet, dass diese Unterkunft ein Motel auf der Grundlage seines chinesischen Namens sein wird, so dass es ein bisschen überrascht war, als ich ankam.
Die Lage ist sehr bequem, was ein großer Plus ist. Allerdings hatte die Umgebung einen leichten Duft von Zigarettenrauch. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig, aber für die Gäste, die Fuß ankommen, ist der Zugang nicht sehr intuitiv Sie müssen zuerst nach unten zum Grundstück und dann durch die Parkgarage gehen, was den Verkehr etwas ungünstig fühlt.

CCecilia PorDas war meine dritte Zeit hier zu bleiben. Sehr nahe dem Bahnhof & Essenshof in der Nähe. Zimmer ist sauber, aber ziemlich klein und begrenzter Raum, wenn Sie größere Gepäck haben. Allerdings ist das Frühstück lecker und es ist eine gesündere Wahl während unseres Aufenthalts in dieser Runde. Das Servicepersonal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und freundlich. Das Rezeptionspersonal hat sogar das Rekord, das ich vorher geblieben habe. Es gibt auch einen Wartebereich mit Sitze und Tisch für Gäste mit entspannender Musik, die gespielt werden. TTungBest resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

TTiffytif17The room is as described and shown on the pictures. I gave a 4 for cleanliness as on first night, I found hairs on the bed & a hole on the bath towel. I reported to the staff via LINE (in Taiwan they use mainly LINE to communicate). They quickly took action and offered to change the bedsheets and clean the room. As I stayed for a week, they scheduled a housekeeping on day 4 of my stay. The soundproofing is not the best but if needed earplugs are provided in the room.
It was the winter in Taiwan when I was there so having a hot shower is important and the hot water is available. I like that there is water dispenser at each room level, rubbish and recycling bins are located outside so it is convenient.
The location of the inn is about 15 minutes walk from the Taichung Train Station. If you are carrying large luggage, advise to take a Uber. It is near to 一中街 (yizhong street) where you can find many shops, food, etc. From the inn, cutting through the open space carpark, you will be at the shopping area.
As a female solo traveller, at the start I was a bit concerned of the location of the inn. The entrance to the inn is in a alley, next to a bistro bar. You need the access card to enter the inn so that is find, just make sure it is lock after you enter. The front desk only operates from 11 am - 10:30 pm. There is an emergency hotline number to call for afterhour service. Using LINE to communicate with them is easy.
There's a cafe next to the inn where you can have breakfast with discount by showing your room card. If you want to travel to places, there are many buses. If not, it is easy to get Uber. For first time traveller to Taichung, he/she will not be aware that toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl, so it is good to have a sign to show that.
Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price, it is value for money.

Rreg333excellent service by all staff; all smiley and ready to help. the free meals were such a bonus and god sent as some days we got too busy with our itinerary and didn’t have time to eat so we would go back to hotel for supper. although the menu was the same everyday, we didn’t mind as the quality was quite decent and there were varieties. the water pressure was the best! bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, smart tv, quick resolution service by technicians when we couldn’t connect to the room wifi. overall would recommend! there’s also a massage service with discount for room guests; quite mediocre but for the price ok la.

But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
