We checked in at this hotel on the evening of December 21, 2025. Immediately after we got into the assigned room, we smelled a very strong odor of chemical spray. My wife couldn’t bear this and started to have allergic reaction. Immediately we notified the front desk. They offered to switch to another room. Nevertheless , when we got to the other room, it had the same chemical odor. Therefore we decided to leave this hotel and found another hotel to stay for that night. We had requested a refund and the front desk at the Comin Place said that they would contact Trip.com to refund us the fee. However, till now we haven’t received the refund from Trip.com.

Very clean room. More than sufficient space for single traveller. Upon check-in, receptionist was helpful to explain the various facilities to me - free candy, free water (from dispenser), location of common area, etc. The common area is very big and comfortable. Definitely not a problem chilling out or have a game with fellow travellers.
Took a while to locate the hotel though as I could not locate the sign amidst the hundred and one other signs along the street. I had to ask the secuirty guard of the building (in which Happy Inn occupies a few floors, I think). The security guard did not know the English name of the hotel but was quick to point me to the correct lobby to proceed to Happy Inn, which is located on the 10th floor of the building.

YYH_AllenIch hatte nicht erwartet, dass diese Unterkunft ein Motel auf der Grundlage seines chinesischen Namens sein wird, so dass es ein bisschen überrascht war, als ich ankam.
Die Lage ist sehr bequem, was ein großer Plus ist. Allerdings hatte die Umgebung einen leichten Duft von Zigarettenrauch. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig, aber für die Gäste, die Fuß ankommen, ist der Zugang nicht sehr intuitiv Sie müssen zuerst nach unten zum Grundstück und dann durch die Parkgarage gehen, was den Verkehr etwas ungünstig fühlt.

CCecilia PorDas war meine dritte Zeit hier zu bleiben. Sehr nahe dem Bahnhof & Essenshof in der Nähe. Zimmer ist sauber, aber ziemlich klein und begrenzter Raum, wenn Sie größere Gepäck haben. Allerdings ist das Frühstück lecker und es ist eine gesündere Wahl während unseres Aufenthalts in dieser Runde. Das Servicepersonal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und freundlich. Das Rezeptionspersonal hat sogar das Rekord, das ich vorher geblieben habe. Es gibt auch einen Wartebereich mit Sitze und Tisch für Gäste mit entspannender Musik, die gespielt werden. Ein kleiner Bereich auch für jüngere Kinder. Eine gute Wahl für Hotelunterkünfte, wenn Sie besuchen wollen Taichung.

My room was impressively clean and spacious, and there is daily welcome food platter. The bed was cozy, allowing me to sleep very well each night.
While the hotel is located at the western district, a bit far from the central district, there are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of restaurants in the vicinity, which made it convenient for me.
The breakfast options were abundant, offering something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfort, and amenities!

TTungBest resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

旅旅遊人123456Das Hotelzimmer ist 10 Punkte groß und höchstens 10 Punkte komfortabel. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Motel, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Parkplatz (Garage) unten und die Treppe hinauf zum Zimmer. Wenn Sie sperriges Gepäck haben, achten Sie darauf, nicht meine Zimmerkategorie zu buchen. Es gibt auch andere Zimmerkategorien, die wie Hotelzimmer über Aufzüge erreichbar sind.

TTiffytif17Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Ich gab eine 4 für Reinigung wie am ersten Abend, Ich fand Haare auf dem Bett und ein Loch auf dem Bad Handtuch. Ich berichtete dem Personal über LINE (in Taiwan verwenden sie hauptsächlich LINE zu kommunizieren). Sie nahmen schnell Aktion und bot, die Bettwäsche zu ändern und das Zimmer zu reinigen. Da ich eine Woche geblieben bin, planen sie eine Hausaufbewahrung am 4. Tag meines Aufenthalts. Die Soundproofing ist nicht das beste, aber wenn notwendig, Ohrschleifen werden im Zimmer bereitgestellt.
Es war der Winter in Taiwan, als ich dort war, so dass eine heiße Dusche ist wichtig und das heiße Wasser ist verfügbar. Ich mag, dass es Wasserdispenser auf jedem Zimmer Ebene, Gusseisen und Recycling-Taschen sind außerhalb gelegen, so dass es günstig ist.
Die Lage des Innenhofs ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Taichung Bahnhof entfernt. Wenn Sie große Gepäck tragen, empfehlen Sie, einen Uber zu nehmen. Es ist nahe einer Mitte Straße (yizhong Straße) wo Sie viele Geschäfte, Lebensmittel, etc finden. Von der Inn, durch den offenen Park, werden Sie im Einkaufsbereich sein.
Als weibliche Einwegreisende war ich zu Beginn etwas besorgt über die Lage des Innenhofs. Der Eingang zum Innenhof ist in einer Allee, neben einer Bistro-Bar. Sie brauchen die Zugangskarte, um in das Innenhof zu gehen, so dass es gefunden wird, nur sicher, dass es geschlossen ist, nachdem Sie ins Innenhof eintreten. Das Front Desk arbeitet nur von 11:00 - 10:30 Uhr. Es gibt eine Notrufnummer für den Nachmittagsdienst. Die Verwendung von LINE für die Kommunikation mit ihnen ist einfach.
Es gibt neben dem Innenhof ein Café, wo Sie Frühstück mit Rabatt erhalten können, indem Sie Ihre Zimmerkarte zeigen. Wenn Sie zu Orten reisen möchten, gibt es viele Busse. Wenn nicht, ist es einfach zu bekommen Uber. Für das erste Mal, dass der Reisende nach Taichung nicht bewußt ist, dass Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilettenschale gegossen werden kann, so dass es gut ist, ein Zeichen dafür zu haben.

Die kostenlosen Mahlzeiten waren so ein Bonus und Gott gesendet, als einige Tage wir zu beschäftigt mit unserem Reiseplan und hatten nicht Zeit zu essen, so würden wir zum Abendessen zurück zum Hotel gehen. obwohl das Menü das gleiche war. Wir haben jeden Tag nicht gedacht, da die Qualität recht anständig war und es Varianten gab. Der Wasserdruck war der beste! Das Bett war komfortabel, Klimaanlage war kalt, Smart TV, schnelle Auflösung von Technikern, wenn wir nicht mit dem Zimmer WiFi verbunden konnten. Im Allgemeinen würde es empfehlen! Es gibt auch einen Massageservice mit Rabatt für Zimmergäste; ziemlich mittelschwer, aber für den Preis OK La.

Aber zu meiner Überraschung, Check in Zeit ist überraschend um 4 Uhr.
Die Fitness-Einrichtungen sind unter Renovierung, aber haben Sie den Gästen nicht vorher bei der Eincheckung mitgeteilt.
Auf Trip.com, erklärte offen 2023, was sehr irreführend ist, dass das Hotel neu renoviert oder neu gebaut wurde. Aber die Zimmer sind alt, aber glücklicherweise nicht rundown und Zimmer sind sauber.
