"Das Zimmer ist gut, die Schlafzimmer mit einem Sofa sind auch schwach genug, und die Kinder können sich bequem schlafen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen bequemen Wasserhahn und einen Wasserhahn, Obstwaschen und Kaffee sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen speziellen Parkplatz, der sehr bequem ist, und das Hotel ist nur 20 Minuten Fahrt von den heißen Attraktionen entfernt. Die Servicepersonal ist auch enthusiastisch."

"Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ordentlich und sauber und bietet alles Nötige. Ich habe den Reinigungsservice sehr geschätzt. Die Reinigungskraft war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Ich finde, dieses Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit diesem Service und dem Frühstück zu vernünftigen Preisen."

"Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)"

"Staff was friendly and parking is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious. Our particular room had an extra sink next to the bed which was a little bizarre but we didn't mind. The continental breakfast had plenty of options including a waffle maker, bread, multiple types of juice, coffee, meat, and eggs. There were yogurts and cheese available in a small fridge too. I would consider staying here again considering how close it is to the mall and the highway that allows for easy travel around the city."

"Counter service was a bit meh, but take it as entrance fee to a really great room. Room was more like apartment - living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom and even a laundry and dryer room. Location was also convenient, just behind the mall and morning market area and if you are up to it, you could take a walk to the Parliament hill and its surrounding area as well."

"Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist zwar etwas ruhiger und man ist etwa 5–10 Gehminuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, aber das fand ich gut, da es in der Umgebung schöne Spazierwege gibt. Das Zimmer war absolut perfekt: makellos sauber, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich wieder in der Stadt bin. Zwar etwas teuer, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt!"

"The location is unbeatable! Situated in the heart of downtown, it's just a short walk to ByWard Market, the Rideau Centre, and Parliament Hill, making it the perfect base for exploring Winterlude. The stay was excellent. While the underground parking entrance is a bit tucked away on Daly Avenue, the unlimited in/out privileges are a huge plus for road trippers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. My only minor critique is the 6”parking height restriction, which might be tight for large Suvs. Overall, a high-quality, convenient choice for any Ottawa visit"
