"Room is in good size even for a family. There 5-6 lifts but there are always long queues for lifts there. The lifts do not seem to serve their purpose well. In the morning, the hotel controls all lifts. You can’t press Down Button for a life to come down to check out or to the car park. You have to wait till someone who comes out to where you are on a lift way up or down. Never found hotel lifts operating so weirdly 😳 After checking out, I tried to take the stairs case to go down to the car park, I couldn’t do that because a room key was required to access the staircase😖 The electric door lock for our room had been beeping most of the time. Informed hotel to fix it."

"We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, they had issues checking us in as the booking was made through trip.com which went through *******. Somehow they figured it out later. The room was spacious, clean. They provided room services every day except for one day when they were understaffed. Shower has only half door so be ready for some splashes. I recommend bringing your own body wash (they provide soap which is hard to wash off) and shampoo. People who can't sleep with noise in the room, should consider their options. Air conditioning is super loud (like factory machine) , it constantly woke us up at night, there is no option to open a window instead. Breakfasts are always the same, not a single thing changes: fried/boiled eggs, sausages, pork?cutlets, pancakes, apples, oatmeal, bread. The dining room was always overcrowded, the space should be at least twice as big. Sometimes we came and there was no food, so we had to wait for someone to come and bring food (they don't have a person there on a regular basis). I can't say our experience was bad, but it was not great either."

Das Frühstück ist inklusive und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Ich finde, dieses Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit diesem Service und dem Frühstück zu vernünftigen Preisen."

"Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)"

"Everything was beyond our expectations and the price was so affordable! The only disappointment was that we were looking forward to using the hot tub that is listed as an amenity when booking."

"Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Ottawa, direkt neben dem Rideau Center und dem Byward Markt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig und die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr schön."

"Die Lage ist nahe dem Ort, an dem ich reise, und es gibt auch eine Geschäfte in der Nähe, aber es gibt keine Schleifen, Zahnfäden, Zahnfäden, Warmwasserschlauch ... "

"Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist zwar etwas ruhiger und man ist etwa 5–10 Gehminuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, aber das fand ich gut, da es in der Umgebung schöne Spazierwege gibt. Das Zimmer war absolut perfekt: makellos sauber, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich wieder in der Stadt bin. Zwar etwas teuer, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt!"
