Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie Eiswürfelmaschine für schnell gekühlte Getränke. Die Ausstattung ist neu und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die gute Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Das Outlet-Center ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Ottawa in nur 30 Minuten.

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

sehr gutes Hotel, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, Parkgebühren auch ok mit 23$ für 24h man kann aber auch ein Parkticket an der Rezeption bekommen, wenn man öfter am Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sonst zählt jedesmal 23$, Preis-Leistung absolut empfehlenswert

Ich habe eine Erinnerungskarte im Zimmer hinterlassen. Während die Ausstattung unweigerlich altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren aufweist, waren die Annehmlichkeiten, darunter Wasserflaschen und ein komplettes Lelabo-Toilettenset, recht gut. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die berühmtesten Kirchen und die Nationalbibliothek sowie alle Restaurants, die ich besuchen wollte, sind alle in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar.

Beim Einchecken schien die Sonne hell, und mein zweiter Eindruck war ausgezeichnet! Die beiden 1,5-Meter-Betten waren sogar noch bequemer. Mein erster Eindruck war das Einchecken. Obwohl auf der Website keine Tiefgarage erwähnt wurde, war die Kommunikation der Rezeptionistin hervorragend: 1. Zimmer-Upgrade; 2. Kostenlose, unbegrenzte Minibar; 3. Kostenloses Glas Wein von der Dachbar; 4. Temporärer Parkplatz vor der Tür; nachdem Sie Ihr Gepäck ausgeladen haben, bringen wir Sie zu einem empfohlenen Parkplatz in der Nähe oder einem Parkservice für 45 $; 5. In der Lobby hängt ein schönes Gemälde. Der einzige Nachteil war der Baulärm, der erst nach 20 Uhr aufhörte.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist zwar etwas ruhiger und man ist etwa 5–10 Gehminuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, aber das fand ich gut, da es in der Umgebung schöne Spazierwege gibt. Das Zimmer war absolut perfekt: makellos sauber, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich wieder in der Stadt bin. Zwar etwas teuer, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt!

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch bequem und ist auch bequem für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Nachteil ist, dass man vom Laden gesagt hat, was für eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu entrichten ist, nicht zu bezahlen.

Großer Ort, um schön zu bleiben und sauber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt . Privater Parkplatz und Zimmer für 3 Personen war groß mit einer großen Küche. Ich empfehle es definitiv. Preis ist auch erschwinglich.
