Die Lage ist bequem, wenn Sie sich von der Stadtzentrum entfernt und vermieden teuer öffentlicher Parkplatz. Ein wenig Lärm wegen der Hauptstraße, aber im Allgemeinen ist es ok. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze am Ort, es ist kostengünstig bei AUD 40 pro Nacht und die Parkplätze sind sehr eng und begrenzt. Das Zimmer kommt nicht mit einem Ausstattungssatz; ein Pluspunkt ist jedoch, dass es einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einige grundlegende Werkzeuge, Kegel und Platten enthält. Ich habe das zusätzliche Gewässer im Zimmer geschätzt.. während kleine, es war besser als nichts. Das Bad ist schlecht konzipiert, es ist fast unmöglich, Ihr Gesicht dort zu waschen, ohne Ihren Kopf auf den Fächer zu schlagen! Die Dusche ist gut, aber der Boden wird leicht nass, weil es keine Duschegarten, um das Wasser von der WC-Bereich zu blockieren. Zusätzlich werden keine Toiletten andere als Basisschampo, Duschegel und Klimaanlage bereitgestellt. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen Wäscheservice, aber es gibt einen Waschmaschine im Freien Park direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Für das Essen gibt es eine McDonald's und KFC in der Nähe, etwa einen 5-minute Spaziergang entfernt. Alternativ können Sie überfahren, da sie ihre eigenen Parkplätze bieten. Das Frühstück ist extrem grundlegende, bestehend aus nur Brot, Toaster, Obst und einer Maschine für Milch, Kaffee und Tee. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und macht Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Ich bin in den Weihnachtsferien nach Brisbane gereist. Als ich mit Freunden unterwegs war, war es wichtig, komfortabel und sauber zu sein.

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

Der Konzern war extrem arm, lief mit meinen 7 Sitzplätzen mieten Auto, und das Personal ignorierte einfach meine Existenz - hat sich nicht einmal bemüht, uns zu begrüßen und keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck anzubieten, Selbst nachdem ich ihm gesagt habe, dass ich Hilfe benötigen werde - Null Bewusstsein und Null Service. Der Gepäcktrulle ist einfach ein Ziergut. Entschuldigen Sie, es ist Marriott! Ich habe nie in meinem Leben eine solche unerfreuliche Erfahrung erlebt. Der Empfangsmitglied (bürgend Spec) war jedoch die einzige Person, die meiner Familie einen warmen Willkommen gab, ebenso wie das Personal im Buffet. 👍

Tolles, zentrales Hotel. Wir konnten von dort aus viel unternehmen und dies über kurze Distanzen

Diese Unterkunft hatte eine traumhaft günstige Lage für einen GIG, den ich diese Woche besuchte. Das Team vor Ort war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Bei meiner Ankunft gab es ein kleines Problem: Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und die Sicherung war rausgeflogen. Der Hausmeister kam sofort, behob das Problem und tauschte mir sogar noch den Minikühlschrank aus. Alles innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Wahnsinn! Er gab mir außerdem Tipps, wie ich die Klimaanlage und die Doppelverglasung optimal nutzen konnte, was super hilfreich war, damit ich danach gut schlafen konnte. Die Wohnung war schön sauber und ordentlich, und das Bett war außergewöhnlich groß. Es war überraschend ruhig, obwohl direkt neben einem gut besuchten Pub. Außer im Flur habe ich absolut nichts gehört. Meine Nachbarn konnte ich allerdings hören! Im ganzen Gebäude hingen wunderschöne Kunstwerke, und die Flure rochen auch nicht unangenehm. Es gab coole kleine Arbeitsnischen in den Treppenhäusern, die man bei Bedarf nutzen konnte, und ich glaube, ich habe im ersten Stock auch ein paar Business-Suiten für Meetings gesehen. Nicht so toll: In einigen Bereichen des Badezimmers war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Seltsamerweise haben die Toiletten Glastüren – komisch. Außerdem gab es keine Belüftung im Badezimmer, um Schimmelbildung zu verhindern. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar gut, war aber offensichtlich schlecht gewartet, da sich um die Lüftungsöffnung herum Staub und Schimmel gebildet hatten und der Dachbereich, wo der Luftkanal verlief, sich bereits durchbog. Die Buchung über Trip.com verlief nicht optimal. Laut Website sollte der Buchungsbetrag reserviert werden, aber wir müssten ihn vor Ort zuzüglich einer Kaution für Nebenkosten bezahlen (zusätzlich zum bereits abgebuchten Betrag). Das stimmte aber nicht. Ich musste außer meinem Ausweis und der Bestätigung meiner Daten nichts vorlegen. Bei meiner Ankunft sagte mir der nette Herr an der Rezeption, dass alles in Ordnung sei und keine weiteren Gebühren oder Reservierungen anfallen würden. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel könnte etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail vertragen, aber für den Preis ist mir das egal.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

First time I've stayed here. I was aware of the mixed reviews & I've stayed at other hotels in Chermie but they were booked out on this occasion. It was raining heavily when I arrived so appreciated the undercover parking spaces immediately outside the reception. Check-in was seamless (thx Trip.com) & they didn't require a security deposit or CC scan so my customer trust box was ticked :-) The car park is secure & at ground level but spaces are limited; I was able to find a spot though at 4pm. There is public parking out on the street without restriction after 5pm. I had a Hotel Queen Room on the 2nd floor. Easy access via lift and the common areas were clean & well lit. The room and bathroom were clean with a pleasant aroma & no smell of mould (reported by others), air-con was on. I had a choice of two sliding doors to access the balcony so good for fresh air (but no insect screen). Overall, the room was comfortable whilst showing some signs of wear & tear. The shower had a choice of either hand-held or fixed head (rainforest type) & had plenty of pressure - great. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries, unless you're happy with generic multi-function liquid soap! The fridge was empty except for a small uht milk with no complimentary springwater or mini-bar that you might find in other hotels. There was TV, tea/coffee making supplies and a small microwave. If you like to sleep in complete darkness (like me), bring an eye-mask as the hallway lighting outside the room is bright & on all night, creating an aura around the front door that is hard not to notice. The area was relatively quiet with the hotel located on a side street. It's an easy & short walk to a major shopping centre and the bus station if you need to head into Briz City, which is a 20-30min ride away & only $0.50 fare - awesome. Breakfast (from 7am) was also included but I had to head-off early so wasn't able to grab a bite this time. In summary, I felt that the room rate was appropriate and score my overall experience as good.

I booked on the day we arrived as I needed accommodation close to Northshore Eat Street. Saw reviews about access issues so I called before booking and was advised access info is sent at 2pm. We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport.
