Very cool place. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again! Hosts were in contact making sure we were enjoying our stay and kept us posted on check in/out as there isn’t a front desk.

Amazing, beautiful old hotel that is restored… incredibly clean, easy to access. I work locally as a physician on nights and I would love if they would do day rooms for when I need a place during the day. Cleanest hotel I have been to in the area by far.

Great hotel. Beautiful inside and parking was easy. Our room was great and bed was comfortable. Its an old building so expect old things (floors, doors) but it was great and safe. Will be back with the family.

This was an amazing surprise. One of the best stays I’ve had family. It was like a condo. No reception you got codes for the lobby in your room. Big open spaces balcony in downtown Lake City it was gorgeous inside huge big chandeliers. It was not very populated at all. It’s not like we had to hold the building to ourselves. Absolutely gorgeous you will not regret staying here and you’ll find a way to come back if you can

Check in codes failed, the after hours service was able to assist after a few phone calls.

I was concerned about walking to a nearby pub alone in the dark . Caitlin was working in the hall and I happened to ask if it was safe. She walked me over to Frankies. It was so kind of her!
I did encounter a person living on the street. On the way back I did not feel threatened but felt uncomfortable because he tried to initiate a conversation and I was alone.
Caitlin went above and beyond the call of duty! I really do appreciate it.
I have stayed here several times en route from Miami to the mountains and hope to continue to do so. I am do glad I found the Blanche. I have recommended to several friends.

Awesome! Very nicely restored and beautifully decorated! Doesn’t smell old! I loved everything about this beautiful place right down to the comfy bed! Traveled from Oregon to explore Georgia and this was a nice start!
