I liked the property location. What I didn’t like is that I had to pay for parking and for breakfast. That should be included.

The clerk at check in had no personality, was not overly friendly at all.
The hotel was 98% empty and a HUGE property, she placed me with the elevator service room across the hall. All night I kept hearing the elevators pumps kicking on.
We also had a lovely view of the roof of the walkway to the attached convention center with all the leaves and trash swirling around. There was a lovely blue bag floating, I thought I was in a remake of American Beauty.
Room was showing signs of age, it had some nicks in walls and the usual wear and tear.
Also beware, parking is 11.00 for 24 hours. Woman at checkout said event or not they will ticket and tow if you don’t pay!

The room was clean but the TV would lose signal every 10 minutes, coffee maker missing parts, loud drip noise in bathroom. The breakfast was subpar and don’t try to make it fancy!

Parking is $10 a night. Breakfast is not included. Set up is confusing. bistro is not open our 1st night on a Friday. No information on hotel or places to eat in the room. Hotel services on the TV did not include running bill nor did it list bistro info. Confusing. Our group wondered around trying to figure out hotel.

We love this hotel. There were two issues during our last stay that were annoying. First, now the hotel charges to park overnight in its 40 acre parking lot. That seems absurd -- this is in La Vista, not downtown Omaha. Second, we paid for breakfast on Sunday morning. When we went downstairs, we were told that the hotel was not serving breakfast that morning, but that we could walk next door to the Embassy Suites and have their breakfast. We did, and everything was fine, but it would have been helpful to know the arrangement ahead of time.
