The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown close to all restaurants and 5 mins walk from the malecon. The staff is very friendly. We stayed in 2 different dates and the rooms overlooking the street are more lightly as the ones overlooking the pool are a bit dark. The pool is small and hard to get a bit of sun in this time of year. The hotel is doing some investments as a green hotel howevr they still provide toiletries that are not renewed throughout the stay hence 3 nights for 2 adults with 1 shampoo is a bit hard, I would recommend they install containers in the shower

I spent a long day traveling with no cell signal, only to arrive at the hotel at 2 am to find out that I no longer had a room because I did not check in within the allowed time. In other words, they overbooked and used my reservation. Not only that, the service, but no trying to accommodate or help. Poor, rude service.

The staff was excellent and so accommodating to our needs. We needed an early check-in and requested a room in the first floor. Our flight was so early the next day and we requested boxed sandwiches and they were all ready to go for us before we left. This hotel was in a relatively quieter area. Highly recommend this hotel given our experience.

Was impressed with my brief stay. Friendly staff. The restaurant/cafe next door was very convenient and nice for breakfast. Quick walk to the boardwalk. Only improvement would be some cups, coffee mugs in the room.

Everything was amazing! The only thing that was frustrating was that from our room (1102) you can hear very loud music very early in the morning. Everyday we were woken up around 6am.
