My husband & I are just back from there yesterday, I was unwell for 3 day’s nothing serious think it was to do with ice when we were at the marine , it’s a family run hotel & staff they couldn’t do enough for me sending soup & bread up to my room, and asking if I wanted anything just to ask and they would make it for me ,my husband & I just couldn’t praise them enough ,anybody thinking of going to this hotel I would high recommend plus food was great .

Stayed for 7 days on half board with Jet2. First time having stayed here as we have stayed in other properties in L'estartit. We had a room overlooking the road with a balcony, quite nice to look out. We had friends near the harbour so the hotel was a great base to walk from. The staff were really good and always on hand for any questions. We arrived mid morning and our room was available straight away. On departure at 06:45 there was breakfast laid on which was a nice touch. The breakfast and evening meal were both very good and the service in the restaurant was quick and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending or staying at this lovely hotel.

What a great Hotel !! Just returned from ten days (booked with Jet2) staying at the Medes II - the staff were all friendly and very professional. Our room was perfect, bedding changed every other day, towels on request and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The bathroom was an adequate size with a bath with shower over; we had a sea / mountain view (as do all rooms at the front), good size balcony, bit of road noise but if you close the shutters / sliding door and put the AC on overnight you don't hear anything. The restaurant was spotless and the food was of a very high quality with plenty of choice. The bar area was clean with plenty of tables, also a pool table, and local guide books on hand. Plenty of parking out the back with electric car charging, pool / patio area was a little on the small size but adequate and suits the size of the Hotel. This is a family run hotel and you can certainly tell, we will definitely be returning in the future.

What an amazing hotel a short walk from the beach and harbour! Spotlessly clean, fantastic food, extremely helpful, friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. There is also a swimming pool and bar manned by the same fantastic staff! We can't remember all your names, so special thanks to you all, including the two Marias! We would highly recommend staying at this hotel - we enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked to go back again - twice!

Super hotel excellent room and cleanliness, staff superb ,especially the two Marias ,will definitely stay here again.Food was good and ,although continental breakfast ,no lack of food,however we only had one evening meal but lots of other restaurants we wanted to visit in the locality.

A great family run hotel where all the staff excel and ensure that you have a great time staying with them. Room cleaned each day and had everything you need- including the extra of a balcony which we were not expecting- food and bar prices very reasonable and great choice of quality- staff multilingual- Catalan/Spanish/Italian/English/French were just the ones we heard being spoken. Also in great location for the beach and town!! We had a great holiday thanks in the main to Staff & Hotel.

My mum and dad stayed here for 10 days and left today. Both my parents needed some extra care and every member of staff couldn’t have done enough for them. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. The bar was small but very welcoming and my parents said the buffet breakfast was excellent. I can’t thank the hotel staff enough for making my parents feel so welcome, we would definitely go here again

Our room was really clean and fresh and the bathroom was excellent and quite spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff of the hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here.
