Kutch Classic Resort Camp

Kutch classic resort camp's cultural program is excellent and it keeps you spell bound for nearly one hour . It is really worth it and much better then the white sand that you see in the rann of kutch festival The tent accommodation is very good worth a visit

I visited kutch in December month and there atmosphere is very cool and amazing,i am staying kutch classic resort camp tent's and there people are good arrange for us accommodation and food was delicious.

Kutch classic is is best place for visit white rann as on my opinion because this place has best new tents. And also the best hospitality ever seem. When i was calling tham they guide me how can i see whole kutch in 4 day and i was finished it. Thanks to that person who guide me on my trip. Thank you.

I am stay in today very Good property I have suggested in saty at this resort I have also promoted in this resort very Good staff & services Happy with all services best tent for Deluxe ac amenities are all good.

Normally the highlight of any trip is the good hotel , lip smacking food and the lovely service from the staff. Trust me when, I say this - I didnt get any of these from this hotel. I will go one step ahead to say this was my worst ever experience at a hotel property. And I am not surprised as the person leading the property was himself rude, arrogant and had a I-care-a-damn attitude. It was the worst way to end the year and bring in the new year too. Simple things like serving tea was denied, rooms not cleaned daily, cold breakfast, unclean cutlery, broken leaking cups and I can go on. Please AVOID this place for sure.

This was quite likely the worst hospitality I've ever encountered! Food that is stale and cold, excessively greasy, and disgustingly unsanitary. Kutchi bajra rotla, is stone-like and inedible. Tea is only provided for half an hour; if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be rejected, even if you beg for it. All 19 of us returned with a lot of bad recollections. Unless you request it, rooms are not cleaned or turned down. The ***ager, Aftab bhai, takes satisfaction in eating the canteen cuisine since he enjoys it, regardless of whether the visitors do. Incompetent and uncooperative. No one wears a uniform, and the crockery, silverware, and serving utensils are all in disarray. We've never had a resort personnel talk to us in a loud, offensive, or loud tenor, but anticipate all of the above here. Go at your own risk!

I am surprised with the rating this place has received.. We came here after staying in Dholavira for a night which was memorable .. We booked this place for 2 nights after reading the review and we’re disappointed Had booked 7 Mughal tents as we were 19 people The staff and ***ger were arrogant and not ready to listen to us saying they had best review and we were only complaining We skipped all meals though we paid as it was pathetic . They were not ready to serve edible food even after complaining as their Maharaj would feel offended if we complained Breakfast was horrible but we ate as there was no place near by Evening tea was served till 4.30 pm only and when we reached at 5 after a drive they refused us any tea or snacks This is the worst hospitality witnessed as I have traveled India and abroad extensively Don’t ever stay here…

We had a wonderful and fantastic stay her on 27 &28 th December 2022. This was our first experience to stay in tent in winter ..Nice tent, Clean and hygienic rooms and bathroom. ***ager Mr.Altaf is very helpful young *** always ready to help. Staff behavior is humble and always ready to help. Nice kutchi food and delicious breakfast. Every thing is good. Strongly recommended .

It was very quite and clean place. The rooms were tidy and clean. The tens were large size with comfy beds. The only thing i did not like was cultural even was conflicting with dinner time. Maybe change Cultural event to a little bit late or move it near to dinner place.
