Dieses Hotel läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Spa Bereich und die damit verbundene Massage war der Hammer-supergut. Das Essen hat super lecker geschmeckt. Sindhu, die Gästebetreuerin sehr freundlich und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. The hospitality is next level.... We stayed at the premium heritage villa 108.... It was tooo good... Private sitout overlooking the beautiful lake / backwaters.... Very luxurious rooms with a walk-in closet ... And a bathroom that was the size of a huge room itself.... Showers under the sun with utmost privacy .... My husband and I loved it to the core.... While we went out for their complimentary hi tea and houseboat ride... We came back to yummy deserts places in the room. The staff is superr courteous and has a smile always . We njoyed the infinite swimming pool alot. Highly recommended!!! Will soon visit again🫶

My son and I stayed in Backwater Ripples to enjoy the town of kumarakom. From the moment we checked into BR, Sindhu, the guest experience ***ager, was exceptional in her interactions with us. She arranged our transportation, our boat for the tour, and everything went exactly as she indicated. Sindhu is among the reasons we will be going back to backwater ripples. We felt her attentiveness and care for our needs was exactly what great concierge service is all about. Several of the staff we interacted with showed exceptional friendliness and always showed gratitude towards us. We highly recommend a stay at backwater ripples. We will be back with more family and friends in the near future. Thanks for everything, sindhu.

We a group of 7 college friends had a get together at back water ripples . It was a one of the kind experience.A serene environment with the stunning lake views around was excellent. A well maintained property with lush greenery all around . Outstanding service offered by the staff . They are very friendly and prompt. A special mention about Sindhu and Shaila . The boat ride was a pleasurable experience. Food was also very tasty . Altogether it was very good trip and defenitly we would visit again .

Good hospitality and ambience, staff were very supportive and pleasant. Best choice for a pleasant stay in the lap of nature. Great Lake side views and complimentary shikara boat. Other water sports available on payment. Food is fine. Overall it's a good experience.

We had the most fantastic relaxing 4 nights at this Resort. Sindhu arranged our stay beautifully. The premium heritage villa was gorgeous, wonderful interior with gorgeous views over the Backwarers and so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and would do anything to help. The facilities were wonderful including the amazing boat ride on the water and the beautiful pool. Food was very good, I ate the European food which was lovely and my husband adored the Local Kerala cuisine, it was a good variety and the breakfast was fabulous. We are definitely wanting to go back there next year. A massive thankyou to everyone. xx

We just returned from an extremely exotic 10 day long vacation at Backwater Ripples!!It was an amazing experience..a unique combination of natural beauty n comfort n warmth!! The food was absolutely sumptuous and the staff was extremely courteous n responsive. A special credit goes to the relationship ***ager Ms Sindhu fo r personally being there for us n taki g care of every minute detail . The Ayurveda centre run by Dr Athira was very therapeutic n rejuvenating!! A memorable vacation indeed.

Backwater Ripples in Kumarakom is a fabulous hotel resort that offers much. From houseboat rides in the evening, natural settings, beautiful accomodations and very friendly staff, it was a pleasure to behold staying there. The highlight of this location is a very professional Ayurvedic spa/treatment center. This facility includes a very friendly and proficient Ayurvedic doctor. Overall, I would call this place a beautiful healing resort, that is very much worth a visit for both relaxation and healing.
