It's my 5th time staying at this hotel. I love it. The location is so convenient for me to go Bukit Jalil, to The Mines, to Midvalley...Easy to get Grab, get food anytime, as there is a shopping mall in the same building.

This is the worse hotel that we have ever travelled in our entire life. The buidling is currently under renovation and it stills allow travellers to stay. Room is smelly and dirty and even can smell urine. We had to engaged the the hotel staff to re-clean the hotel room to remove all the urine smell. The furniture was bad, cracks here and there. The enture furniture looks old. Toilet flush hanged broken. And we had to contact the hotel staff on numberous times to get it sort out. Really spoil our entire holidays mood. This is not a 4-stars hotel that we are expecting from.

First, you have to insert the card before opening the room, but the card doesn't go in easily.
The bathroom toilet was leaking and was very dirty. The flash button was also broken so I had to open the cover and flush the water. The condition of the bathtub is also not good. The worst part was that the sheets had stains and I got bitten by bugs several times while I was sleeping. there was a renovation going on next door, there was a strange smell in the hallway.

The hotel’s location is good and strategic. Even the hotel is attached with shopping mall, so easy to find food and go to lots of places. But the customer service is not up to the 4 star hotel level. At first they are not manage to retrieve my booking record and make me to pay rm200 as deposit. Then after 3 hours, only let me know due to their staff mistake, accidentally miss out my booking. Totally not acceptable for 4 star hotel.

Customer service was great, helped changed from the basic room to premier for minimal top up.. its quite an old hotel but clean though.. got bathtub and pool.. price is reasonable as it comes with breakfast.. right below hotel have macdonalds which opens up till 2am and grocery store as well.. parking wise noon to evening hard to find a lot.. but i always come back after 10 when mall closes, so easy to find a lot thereafter.. overall a great place for me and my kids...
