Not recommended !!!
Found out the ceiling was leaking water but don’t allow us to change a new room
We request to clean up the room in the next day but realize they didn’t clean up the floor

Hotel is located in BB very strategic however beware of foreign workers living around the hotel perimeter. Looking at us like they want to eat us lol. Not family friendly so I really like the hotel so much. Will choose this hotel in the future just because for the pool only. Opened late until 11pm.

Room looked extremely beautiful but once you settled down you will noticed there were lots of hidden dust. Linen were not clean with stains and blood (forgot to snap a photo of it). My son got bitten by bed bugs and we will contact hotel direct pertaining to this. Location need to walk abit to reach lot 10 with a tiring slope.

Hotel location is good if looking for night street food, pubs and massages. Pool and gym was small, ok for solo or couple. Downside was located opposite what seems to be dormitory area, but can find affordable food and services there as well. Walking distance of around 5-8mins to Bukit Bintang MRT and LRT. Room was ok, king size bed in a standard room so not much moving space. Interesting shower area with changing led lights lol. Overall still comfortable and clean room.

This is nice hotel and very good strategy location .I love the cleanliness of the hotel but don’t have fridge in the room ( kindly take note ) . I will come to stay again 😄😄

Room Service - need to contact receptionist 2nd time then they will bring up anything upon request
Hotel deposit quite alot RM200
The bedsheet quite dirty, each time we bathe and feels itchy
My friend got rashes on 2nd day
Only 1 plug
No fridge- request for mini fridge but it was not cold and very small

Aircond not functioning well and loud . My family has been sweating on and off during our stay. And feel like in business class aeroplane due to the loud sound of aircond . 😂

飯店冷氣聲音大到像住機房，剛櫃檯反映，櫃檯說每個房間到一樣，房間也沒小冰箱，除了離亞羅街跟柏威年近，位於酒吧區其實蠻髒亂的，不會想再入住的選項
