Es gab einige Wendungen im Buchungsprozess und ich möchte mich ganz besonders bei Kanokwan Kananartham, dem Leiter der Hotelreservierungsabteilung, bedanken! Für uns wurden Zustellbetten arrangiert, so dass sich unsere vierköpfige Familie sehr wohl fühlte. Ich beschwere mich über den unprofessionellen Kundenservice von Ctrip. Sie sagten mir immer wieder, dass das Hotel keine Zustellbetten zulässt! Hotelausstattung: perfekt, die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und das Hallenbad war super. Hotelservice: perfekt. Sie können einen Golfwagen rufen, der Sie überall abholt. Jeder Kellner wird den Gast höflich begrüßen. Setzen Sie sich irgendwo im Hotel hin und ein Kellner bringt Eiswasser, wenn er Sie sieht. Hotelumgebung: Wunderschöner Privatstrand, alles ist voller Design. Manche Leute sagen, der Strand sei dreckig, aber ich stimme nicht zu. Hotelverpflegung: Das Frühstück ist nicht zu reichhaltig, aber reichhaltig und es stehen frische Kokosnüsse zur Verfügung. Das Saffron-Restaurant muss durch einen Internet-Promi-Aufzug und ist ein Muss für Fotoshooting-Partys. Der Preis für das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht unverschämt. Eine komplette Mahlzeit für eine vierköpfige Familie kostet mehr als 400 RMB.

We have been visiting a variety of different resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand over the past years and this is possibly one of the better ones we have stayed at. From the collection at the airport and early check in availability to the complimentary meals, location, friendly professional staff and property standard our stay for 13 days was excellent. The Spa is must visit to iron out the COVID work from home muscle spasms. The beach is clean, water warm and view to the islands just amazing. Also a great spot to enjoy the sunset if that’s your thing! The staff are great. Fort and his team met all our needs with no fuss and a friendly smile. This was no better shown than boiled eggs being cooked to specifications and delivered to our table each morning post arrival without even asking. First class service, with thanks to Ma, Pa and Sun for looking after us in a professional way with nothing being an issue. Without hesitation we would recommend this property and are looking forward to our visit next time.

This is one of the best experience in any Ritz Carlton Property so far! From the start till the end of the stay we were amazed by the warm welcome that we received from the staff. The hotel is very meaningfully built for the guests and the preservation of the reserve as explained by the staff. The villa we stayed in was spacious and had a pool included. I was fascinated by the HUGE bed as it could fit my family of four very comfortably and the luxurious bathroom. Valentin Cherepov and his team helped us to upgrade our room in our stay. The rooms were always cleaned very nicely and sometimes with even a few surprises—like the flower petal bath arranged by the housekeeping team. There was a wide variety of restaurants which always presented us dishes which would exceed our expectations. Our personal favourite location in the reserve was the sunset beach as it was fun to spend time with our family and get some drinks from the bar while watching the sunset. Overall, this experience wouldn’t have happened without our Butler, HABIB .. He helped navigate and drive us around the reserve, recommended the many activities in and out of the reserve, and also happily helped us coordinate with the kitchen for some recipes we requested for! He was always there for anything we needed with the hotel with a smile on his face. And also many thanks to the general manager, Vidhya Sagar, who was always there to check in with our family on how we’re doing! This was overall a 10/10 experience and I would definitely go there again the next time I get the chance!

Die Kabinen (kleine Häuser) sind super sauber, komfortabel und buchstäblich klangsicher. Sie sind entfernt (60m) vom Restaurant. AC ist schweigend ruhig. Die Lage ist etwas entfernt, aber mit Tonnen von Zugang mit Straßen- und Wassertaxis. Personal ist wunderbar. Beste Lage für die Aussicht auf erstaunliche Sonnenuntergänge. Verlor einen Stern für den erniedrigenden ersten Eindruck, als der Fahrer uns aus dem Kabinenraum verließ. Sieht aus wie im Mittelpunkt von niemandem. Der hilfsbereite Manager wird jede Touren organisieren, die Sie wünschen, wo Sie von einem langen Halsboot geholt werden. Ich würde sehr empfehlen.

Had a fantastic stay here , from the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive despite the rather strange check in system in place. The room was spotless , and was always well maintained , we had a deluxe jacuzzi room . .. the view was fabulous but we were expecting something a little more than an jaccuzzi bath you would see in a house bathroom for one person ... Which for that reason was never used .. and as comfortable as the room was .. it was getting dated .. however it didn't dampen our spirits as it was still lovely, we came to spend our time outside .. and there were absolutely no disappointments there , situated right on the beach with a lovely tree with a rope swing providing some much needed shade , and the sea no more than a few steps at high tide .. it was literally heavenly .. the changing views across the sea to the scattered islands changing with the sun from morning to evening and the sunsets are breathtaking and not to be missed , boat taxis visit the beach regularly and are very reasonable and definitely worth using for a private tour of the islands . breakfast was fantastic and always plentiful and delicious , infact the only real disappointment was eating and drinking at the restaurant at night , despite it having postcard views the service , food and drink was very underwhelming , and dare I say at times frustrating .. and with the resort being relatively isolated dining out isn't just a wander down the street , missing orders , incorrect bills , slow inattentive staff , and communication problems due to language barriers seemed to occur frequently with the staff at night , something which was never evident at any other time , fortunately as a frequent business traveller also I always try to avoid charging to my room to avoid any billing issues , innocent mistakes seemed to be the norm at night .. and easy to miss with a quick signature .. .. that said we had a fabulous stay and I'm sure that we were maybe just unlucky as it was quiet due to the time of year .. definitely a great place to stay at particularly for couples looking for a quiet relaxed time .. lastly .. honest rating would be more 3.7 ..

Wir verbrachten zu Beginn unserer Rundreise durch die Region Krabi sechs Nächte im Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort in einem Beachfront-Bungalow. Unser Urteil dazu ist etwas zweigeteilt. Unser Bungalow war durchaus schön eingerichtet. Die Matratze im Bett war extrem hart, nach einer Anfrage bei der Rezeption wurde jedoch durch eine Topper-Auflage sehr schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Schöner Blick von der eigenen Terrasse auf das Meer. Was extrem schlecht war, war einerseits die Gastronomie (Frühstück) wie auch Freundlichkeit und Service. Die Enttäuschung begann als wir (wegen einer Flugverspätung) erst um 22.20 h einchecken konnten. Die Dame teilte uns lapidar mit, dass das Restaurant längst geschlossen wäre und es auch in der Umgebung nichts mehr zu Essen gäbe (”wir könnten ja unseren Fahrer zurück rufen, der könnte uns irgendwo hin zum Essen bringen”)...mussten wir also hungrig zu Bett gehen. Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war enttäuschend. Nahezu keine Auswahl, (nur Toastbroat, eine Sorte abgepackte Marmelade) das Ei und Speck wurden (jeden Morgen) kalt serviert. Da das Frühstück schon so enttäuschend war, waren wir Abends immer auswärts beim Essen. Es fanden während unseres Aufenthaltes umfangreiche Bauarbeiten statt (es entstehen weitere Zimmer im Bereich des Swimmingpools). Am Stand nur extrem wenige Liegen verfügbar, keinerlei Service vorhanden. Der Müll (leere Bierdosen, Platikbecher, etc.) von vor zwei Tagen wurde nicht weg geräumt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut unbefriedigend!

Tolle Wahl für eine Familie! Wir haben eine Woche im Amari Vogue Resort verbracht und sind so glücklich mit unserer Wahl! Das Personal ist so nett und hilfsbereit mit allem, was wir von uns verlangt haben, um dieses Erlebnis so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten! Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort mit thailändischer Architektur, sehr sauber und unser modernisiertes Zimmer war groß und verfügte über die nötige Ausstattung, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück umfasst europäische und asiatische Gerichte und jeden Tag gab es eine andere Auswahl. Überraschenderweise gibt es darin auch einen Starbucks-Laden! Wir haben 4 Mal im Marcos Beach Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Das Resort half uns auch dabei, ein Longtail-Boot zu buchen, um die gegenüberliegenden Inseln zu besuchen. Es ist wirklich schwierig, bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas Negatives zu finden. Vielleicht fühlen sich einige Leute mit den vielen Treppen nicht wohl, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. In der Nähe des Resorts gibt es keine Geschäfte und Sie müssen an der Rezeption nach einem Auto fragen, das Sie nach AoNang bringt, der nächstgelegenen Stadt mit allen notwendigen Dingen, Märkten, Restaurants, Apotheken usw. Die Entfernung beträgt etwa 20 Minuten. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, ein Motorrad zu mieten.
