Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

Overall the stay was a pleasant one, the hotel strategic location is a plus for ease of travelling to all major attractions in the adjacent such as pasar siti khadijah and others, near and in walking distance to 7 eleven and other eateries.
Hotel room is not spacious but in a clean and neat condition. no odor and whatnot, the lift working well and this hotel have plenty parking space (open car park just exactly in front of the hotel & limited basement parking on the hotel building itself. Lobby is very welcoming and there is a decent cafe/ coffee house/ restaurant in the lobby area.
This hotel is a hidden gem in Kota Bharu apart of all the other well known hotels, i prefer this hotel and definitely will be returning in near future.

The towels look very old. Recommend to paint the room because some of the wall got dirty marks. Easy to find a food.

During my check in time around 11pm the staff (Malay Guy) is very impolite.
I ask for additional access key and request me to pay a deposit so i refuse and don’t need the extra key. when check in to the room, i ask for toothbrush as i forgot to pack. the staff say need to pay for it. During check out i ask the counter again and the lady attended in a polite way which turn my impression of so negative towards this hotel to neutral comment. She also mention is free to refill the amenities if the room forgot to prepare.
I wish the management need to have a proper standard of customer service.
