Manolis Studios

Although we did not stay at Manolis (full) we used the beautiful pool and pool bar every day. Babis and his family made us feel like family! Quiet, always numerous sunbeds, clean, great food, cold drinks and a fab barbeque night. We are coming back in October and staying at Manolis and we cannot wait!! Brilliant position close to Supermarket Jim and loads of tavernas and restaurants. 5 stars!!!! THANKYOU so much Rachael, Steven, Millie and Ellen

We had a really lovely time at the Manolis. Comfortable accommodation which is spotlessly clean with beautiful bed linen and towels. Cleaned rooms and change of linen several times. The gardens are pleasant and well maintained as are the pools. Snacks available throughout the day. The family are really lovely and helpful and several of the people we spoke to return to Manolis time and time again. No loud music thumping out all day, nice peaceful setting. Speaks for itself! Great place!

Absolutely loved our stay. Bambis was an excellent host, nothing was a problem. Everything was super clean. The apartment was cleaned every other day, we stayed for a week and couldn’t fault anything . The pool was lovely. The complex was so quiet and chilled. We hope to return soon . Thank you

Studios situated up an incline on approach to Kamari bay around 15 minutes walk into centre of beach town area although the bars restaurants and a supermarket etc. start around 5 minutes walk from Manolis. Our room was very clean reasonably modern and comfortable size for 2 people. The pool area was clean along with well kept gardens and a bar serving drinks and snacks. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Can't fault the place.

Hi everyone I recently got back from a week in Kos and stayed at the Manolis Studios in Kefalos, it's a small family run business with 14 rooms, these are split between 2 & 3 beds in each room. Transfer Time: This is pretty quick and handy as it's around 15min drive to Kos Airport Location: Manolis Studios sits about half way down the hill that you drive down when approaching Kefalos, you get a nice view of the town and beyond, also around a 5min walk to Agios Stefanos Beach. Rooms: The rooms are a good size and are fairly basic, you get a few things to help you cook a meal or make a coffee in a Kitchenette, small hob, kettle, mugs, cutlery etc, (No microwave though), beds are fairly basic and only have a thin mattress, but I slept ok. Air Con is extra at around €10 a day, I think the safe is extra if you want one at around €10 a week. All rooms have a small balcony and a couple of chairs to sit out, double set of sliding doors to open to get to the balcony, you can leave the outer doors shut and still let a breeze in as the are ventilated. Amenities: We stayed for a week B&B, Manolis has a lovely pool and always plenty of sunbeds to catch a few hours in the sun, also has a small area to sit and eat breakfast or grab a drink from the small bar, Draft beer €3.50. Things close by: It's a nice location and pretty peaceful, there's a Supermarket about 150 Yards away, Bike, Quad & Car hire places all very close, keep going down the main road and there's plenty of Restaurants with some lovely food available, 30mins walk and you'll get to the bay, so many lovely local beaches near by if you fancy a quick drive to a perfect beach. Kohilari Beach you can watch the sunset, 5min drive away. Summary: If you want a nice base location on a budget then you can't go too far wrong with Manolis Studios, Babis the host is a nice guy and will help you out with anything you need to know, it's basic but clean and safe area, rooms cleaned every couple of days, also they have a BBQ every Sunday for €15 you can eat all you like. I would definitely return as I had a great time, weather was perfect.

Small and friendly basic accommodation,very clean and comfortable. perfect location to chill and relax,lovely pool and food was great. Babbis the owner was a star,will help you with anything and save you money.loads of local restaurants and the sea 5 minutes away only 14 studios,loads of sunbeds any time of the day. Άνετα κ καθαρά οικογενειακά δωμάτια στην περιοχή με της ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού κω. Πολύ κοντά η απίστευτα τέλεια παραλία Αγ.Στέφανος . Στα 200μ ένα υπέροχο εστιατόριο.το κομπολογάκι κ αρκετά κοντά μίνι μάρκετ κ ένα εξαιρετικό παγωτατζιδικο, το Mr.gelato. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν δωρεάν Ίντερνετ κ πάρκινγκ .δεν υπάρχει τηλεόραση στα δωμάτια ,ούτε προϊόντα περιποίησης (σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρο).

Siamo stati benissimo. Camera era pulita, con tutti i confort e con una vista bellissima . Anche la piscina moto carina , pulita in un giardino curato. Da un lato potrete vedere il mare e sarete circondati da alberi di ulivo. Troverete Vicini il supermarket e la spiaggia più bella dell' isola. li vicino troverete pure locali per bere e mangiare.Poi i proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarti. vi sugger6 di provare al bar della piscina il buonissimo frappe'nescafe
