room was clean, but did have large stain on carpet; location was convient to our destination. Loby smelled fresh; Christmas decorations wew nice.
-garbage in hall all three days of our stay; elivator very small an questionable. When we arrived us and the guest ahead of us were strongly urged to use the stairs. only saw any staff 2 times during stay. Once when checking in and one other time; called front desk for towels to be refreshed for second morning. They never showed up; front pergola had badly chipping paint.

This hotel was filthy! The rooms smelled, the sink was stopped up, and there was trash all over the floor. I wanted to save a few bucks but my health is more important! I checked in and couldn’t even stay the night so immediately checked out.

We used to stay at this location a couple of times a year for weekends. Then covid hit. That stopped. This was our first trip back to the area. Extremely disappointed. No more beautiful breakfast in the morning. No it’s stale toast and orange juice. The room smelled like smoke. Even though the whole property is non smoking. There was cigarette burns in the bedding and carpet. Everywhere. I told the front desk. In order to move rooms it would’ve cost me more. My wife wanted a tea one night. I went to the front desk to ask for a milk that they use for breakfast. The guy just kept saying I don’t think so. No matter the question. The elevator was broken. No urgency in fixing it from what I was told. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was extremely outdated and dirty. Bed was horrible , found hair in the tub before it was used. Price was the only good thing about my stay. I guess you get what you pay for!

The only negative was the breakfast or lack of. The juice dispenser didn't work, the toaster only half worked, with no control setting

Very dirty blankets. Had blood and food all over one. Maybe white isn’t the best idea if you are not even washing. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy enough.

Hotel was filthy and staff were nonexistent. Front desk staff was asleep at a table during breakfast and it was cheap but should of stayed somewhere else
