Excellent hotel, short walk to Ichan Kala. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the old city down a very peaceful boulevard. The hotel itself was nice but the staff were particularly amazing - special shoutout to Ulug'bek who spoke excellent english, was extremely helpful and informative, and was just generally pleasant to talk to. Also the staff took us into the kitchens to see Plov and Sumalak being made, and served us for free. They were very generous hosts. If I was visiting Khiva again, I would definitely stay here.

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel or nice and clean. The room was spacious and stuff friendly and helpful. It is located close to the train station and next to the park. You will need a taxi to reach historical part of the city. Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool is great for children and adults. It was quite cold in may, because it is outdoor and unheated.

The place is walking distance to railway station, and close to the old city . They charged me for airport taxi even though it says is free on the listing

Нас встретили хорошо. Покормили вкусным обедом. Разместили в 112 номере рядом с RESEPSHN. Уборка номера на "троечку" . В ванной комнате лежал обмылок от предыдущего жильца. Раковина грязная. В ванной большое красное пятно непонятного происхождения. Вместо новой туалетной бумаги был маленький остаток. На просьбу принести туалетные принадлежности: принесли только полотенца (х/б хорошего качества). Несмотря на неоднократные напоминания, туалетные принадлежности так и не принесли. Электрического чайника в номере не было, хотя в аналогичных других номерах были (из посуды было всего две чашки). Постельное белье синтетическое. Фото номера не соответствует реальной обстановке. Звукоизоляция плохая, слышны все звонки и разговоры в RESEPSHN. Вечером было очень шумно из-за галдящих и шумевших детей сотрудников отеля. В целом отель тянет на две звезды с оценкой "троечка".

L'hotel est très bien situé et bien agencé mais la propreté est médiocre. La moquette a de très grosses taches. La couette est très sale avec de trés grosses taches. Le lit en arrivant n'est pas fait. La réception ne répond pas à nos remarques

Hotel in posizione comoda per la vicinanza alla stazione di Khiva ma anche all'ingresso della città. Ampie camere e spaziosi anche gli ambienti comuni. Staff disponibile e pronto a risolvere inconvenienti e intoppi. Colazione sufficiente. Piscina poco invitante
