It’s nice hotel with a lot of things to do, plenty pools, plenty bars, and plenty restaurants to chose from. I definitely enjoyed my weekend getaway with my fiancé. The room we had was a Junior King Suite Beachside. I liked that we was right next the the adult pool only access with a bar and adult only beach access. I like that they had golf cart shuttle transportation around the property. We walked everywhere, we only used it when we arrived, when they took us to our room. I like how ours not many room all together it was group villas with rooms.

This was my second time at the hotel, the first in 2019. The rooms have deteriorated with a very strong smell of damp. After some heavy rain during my stay, i saw water running down the walls - my room was on the 3rd floor. The food, save for at the Indian and Posidan Al a carte restaurants were mediocre at best.
On the positive side most of the staff were a joy to interact with. The location is amazing as is Sunset cove beach which is my favourite spot. The entertainment had improved tremendously from the DJ's to the singers. Such exceptional talent.
Unfortunately I do not think I'll book a third stay due to the conditions of the room despite the cost and the phenomenal expense of transportation should you wish to leave the resort

Nice hotel but the rooms near the beach are all dated, the newer rooms are too far from the beach and the shuttle can’t keep up with demand.

Booked a Jr Beachview suite on Lady Hamilton side. Closet doors were broken; safe wouldnt open: shower door wouldnt open and close properly; ceiling lightbulbs burnt out so very dark in the room. The plus was it was ground level. Al A Carte dining was lack luster. This was our 4th time here over the last 6 years. Wouldnt come back. Italian and Mexican restaurants were disapponting. Staff super friendly Drinks were cold.

The entertainment team needs to be more upbeat and have more activities throughout the day, at the pool. The entertainment teams needs to be more engaging with guest and upbeat. The entertainment team looked like they were not happy with there jobs. The buffet needs to have made to order pasta station (which is very common thing many all inclusive has). Overall rooms needs renovation.

Overall had a lovely trip. Resort is beautiful, despite some construction in the lobby area and some issues with our room. Safe would not lock, we got a room with a tub with jets and it would not plug properly, the minifridge leaked water and the bed was comically loud when you move on it at all, i.e. rolling over. Staff was mostly friendly but did have a few bad experiences. Arrived for lunch a full half hour before close at one of the restaurants and they almost refused to seat us, then got my order wrong and I heard a staff member say “shouldn’t have got here at 2:30” and laugh. We were immediately accosted to attend a presentation for their vacation club upon arrival without given much of a choice. They don’t bring you drinks at the pool or beach, you have to go up to the bar- so not the most luxurious all-inclusive experience we’ve had but acceptable and some staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the location is stunning and everywhere is clean and tidy. Could not have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

We had an incredible time - enjoyed the pool, the beach, the food, entertainment….. Lots to do and beautiful surroundings! Even though there were lots of people, the beach and pool never seemed crowded and we could always find lounge chairs at pretty much any time of the day. Wonderful family resort - great programming for kids and fun waterslide /play area for younger kids. Staff were helpful and made sure we were enjoying our stay.
