The room and bathroom was not clean. We could see urine splashes all over the bathroom floor by the toilet and from day one the sink had makeup it, when we checked out it was still in the sink. Countertop in the kitchen was dusty and microwave also. Holes in the wall in the hall on the floor bad patch job

Property is ok for the price listed. Too old rooms , a/c, rooms stinks. Hard for kids to stay. But it is listed at reasonable price.

So I came to Florida to get surgery and I booked this hotel as is was located about 9 mins from my doctors office. I was going to spend the night before the surgery at this location as well as after my surgery just to be close for my post op. I arrived very very early to early for a checkin but I provided the front desk rep with my information to check me in once my room was ready. I advised her that I’d be picking up my husband today at Fort Lauderdale airport. She confirmed my reservation and did say checking early would be additional $40 in which I respectfully declined as we had planned on going to dinner anyways. I then left. I called 1 hrs before physically checking in and advised the staff to please proceed to check me in as I obviously wanted a nice room and was early enough to have one. Upon me and my husband’s arrival we were greeted by a up beat rep and she was stocking the pantry. She informed us of breakfast time and confirmed who we were and provided us with our keys. Going up to our room it was inconveniently located across the elevator literally, not to mention that out keys did not work. We went downstairs to get a new set and one of the two keys provided worked. As we entered the room the ac was on be was not working the room was warm in Miami,Fl and we had to change to a double room which i didn’t book. I requested the manager to call me and till now I have yet to hear from him or her. DO NOT BOOK WARNING. Cookies is there only compensation.STAY AWAY!!!!!

The property is in a great location. Right near restaurants and shops. Easy accessnto the turnpike and no parking issue.

The hotel room was not clean the carpet was dirty you guys need to change the carpet it’s too old the breakfast was delicious

This place was a dump! Dirty and run down! The halls smelt nasty! The toilets didn’t flush well you had to wait 10 minutes for the water to refill, the phone was broken to call the front desk , mold all over the bathroom , smoke alarm kept going off when you took a shower, coffee or creamer downstairs was rotten , stuff splattered all over the walls in the room is was just nasty!! We complained but no one seamed to care! Said sorry we didn’t have other room available but I’m sure the others we’re probably gross as well. We will definitely never be back there!

Awful experience, We never come back to this “Hotel” so so dirty and the small make sick my kid and I,the carpet are disgusting “omg” bad experience, the AC isn’t working properly the bathroom has a liking the all night, unforgettable the worst experience, the breakfast was not enough for the guesses, the furniture in the room was awful broken… I’m not recommend to anyone this place. The only positive I can said is the CostumerService was good!! Somebody have to close this place soon please!!! Disgusting is not the name is the worst experience ever!!!
