Generally a good hotel

I was travelling solo and visiting University of Indonesia. This stay was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it. Service was great, friendly and very accommodating. Can be used for functions or events, breakfast was incredible, the buffet breakfast had a vast variety of Indonesia and western foods.

Hotel OK,, dan di bersihkan setiap hari. Hanya saja Handuk yang di sediakan sangat kotor. Handuk sudah tidak layak di gunakan. Saya mendapatkan handuk yang bau rokok. Saya sangat kecewa. Lalu toilet pun agak kotor dan Tua. Butuh di bersihkan dan di rawat kembali. Dan Hordeng di kamar yang berwarna putih sangat amat kotor, jorok sekali. Di hari pertama breakfast yang di sediakan sangat baik, makanan fresh dan banyak pilihan. Saya sangat suka. Lalu di Hari ke 2 breakfast sisaan kemarin, ada beberapa makanan yg sudah agak basi.

Booked by the organizer to stay in the hotel for an event. The hotel building is enormous and conveniently attached to a nice mall with nice eateries. The front desk staff are polite and had a smooth check in experience. The room is spacious, with comfortable bed but slightly old deco. Found our after dinner that there is no ironing facility in the room. Called the room service around 9pm and they confirmed to deliver to my room soon. Unfortunately, I never receive it. Called again the room service to deliver the iron early next morning, and again they confirmed to deliver it soon, but nothing comes even till I check out at around 9am. First time since my school day that I wore badly wrinkled shirt. And to a very important international presentation as well!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Margo Hotel in Depok, and I must say I am quite pleased with my experience. The hotel boasts a modern design while still providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. However, I would like to offer a couple of suggestions. Perhaps the hotel could consider diversifying the breakfast menu and addressing the intermittent Wi-Fi connection. Nevertheless, overall, my stay at The Margo Hotel Depok was very satisfying. For those seeking quality accommodation in Depok, I believe The Margo Hotel is a worthy option to consider.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, dan paling penting terang, karena saya kurang suka hotel yang kamarnya minim penerangan/minim lampu alias redup. Pesen makanan dari kamar juga, untuk makanan, cemilan, dan minumannya enak-enak semua. Free parking juga kalau di parkiran hotel ataupun pindah ke parkiran mall nya👌🏻. Ada kolam renang & playground untuk anak-anak juga.

We often use this hotel for several meetings and the equipment for online meeting are quite good. Thanks to Fadli (banquet staff) for his fast respond in his services in our room meeting. the bedroom is quite clean. the food is quite good...better than our last meeting in April. But this time...sorry to say that so many flies in the restaurant and foyer. Even some our guest meeting told us that there is cockroach near the fruits. So please make more attention of that.

The best Hotel in Depok and Jakarta. We had a family meeting @ my uncle's Vila in Pondok Indah. When we traveled from Germany to Jakarta, we always booked this nice hotel. From the staffs, lobby, design, our suite, clean bathroom, breakfast, door security etc. the clean and modern designed Hotel is my favorite one in Jakarta. We were in Pullman Hotel near the CGN Airport, Sheraton, Double tree, Ciputra hotel near the Airport, popp hotel, Mercure etc but the Margo is the best! Would book this hotel again. Santika hotel is the worst in Depok.

Cukup mengecewakan. Mulai dari pelayanan kamar yang lama, reseptionis yang jutek dan sarapan yang kurang variasi. Ketika kami pulang, kartu parkir kami ternyata belum terdaftar. Harus koordinasi sana sini hingga antrian dibelakang kami cukup banyak.padahal kami menginap 3 hari dengan 2 aplikasi berbeda.memesan 4 kamar
