We stayed there for 4 nights and our experience was not good. We took MAP plan but food was average. We wanted to drink Tea at 7pm evening but staff denied to serve it saying kitchen is busy with dinner duty. It was not satisfactory. Also there was problem of hot water in evening for which we had to call 4-5 times for help. At the time of booking it was told to me that central heating will be available but during our stay it was not working condition. Some positives were clean n neat room, good bed heating and location near to dal lake.

Hotel Pacific is home away from home, I was humbled by the well behaved staff, who were always there to help 24x7. Right from the moment you you step in the hotel, they are very warm and welcoming, the room are neat and clean. The food was delicious and sumptious and the staff was next to your table to make sure you dont have to get up from your table. I would like to say this GREAT hospitality was displayed from the top of the ***agement, i mean the owner Zafar bhai, the receptionist Tauceef, the ever helpful staff, Bilal, Javed, Qasim, Zameer, Shabbir and the Chef. i am looking forward to my next trip in August or Sept, wish the entire ***agement all the very BEST and see you soon.

I am so glad and happy to say the best hotel and staff i can found in Kashmir is hotel pacific every service quality was awesome and mainly the owner and the staff of hotel was so good,mainly the owner who helped us a lot and the staff was too awesome

Good Location near dal lake ,market. Staff is very polite. Room service ,sanitation ,room size all things are appropriate.They do have option with AC rooms.About food , They have limited options though taste is satisfactory. Good option to stay in srinagar. Yoy can roam around from this location by walk as well to explore near by areas.

I visited srinagar last week for a getaway from the city . My experience there was just off the charts . Especially because of staff in this hotel (especially Mr Tauseef- AH),very warm welcome , clean n decent rooms ,good food &well located I would especially like to comment on ***ager there Mr Tauseef - helpful ,very well informed about places to visit , courteous & always there for all you needs .I recommend anyone who wants to visit srinagar .go for this hotel .make sure you contact this guys for all your queries n needs .he ll definitely guide you for everything without any fishy catch

Pros: Near Dal lake, Room Spacious, Clean and tidy, Free snacks, Good reception staff. Heater and electric blanket. Ceiling fan (spins fast) Free WiFi (good speed) Cons: Hot water not available 24/7. Specific times in the morning and evening. Near mosque so if you keep the windows open it can be noisy at certain times. Linen old (including towels and bedsheets). No bath mat provided. Bathroom open plan (no separate shower cubical). Room is not serviced daily (not sure if it’s done on request, I personally don’t prefer room serviced so didn’t ask). No luggage rack.

The service is very good. Friendly staff, room were good as shown.only electricity problem is there.best location dallake walkable distance,rooms are neat and clean washroom also good .Must visit here for your best experience.i recommended this hotel for everyone

This is an amazing property for family, Solo or groups… I cannot find anything which could spoil the stay here. - decently sized cozy rooms with electric blanket (especially required in winters) and functional washrooms - good food quality and preparation (although I only had breakfast here) - courteous staff and claen property - Dal Lake at walking distance - Chinar Garden at walking distance - Multiple famous eateries/restaurants are near by Few points which can be improved: - limited options in buffet breakfast - Hot water in bathrooms are available only for 3hrs in morning and 3hrs in evening While on vacation, you don’t want to stuck with time and not everyone will want to take bath by 10am in morning
