Nice hotel to stay. Staff is very cooperative. Minimum time take to check in and check out. Rooms are nice , big and clean. Experience was quite great. The hotel offers a clean and welcoming environment, complemented by the humble and helpful nature of the staff. Its location enhances its appeal, providing easy access to surrounding areas. For those in search of a reliable and decent accommodation option, this hotel stands out as a trustworthy choice. Additionally, the food served is notably tasty. Han a pleasant stay at Hotel Downtown. Staff is very courteous and polite. The Star of the show is their rooftop dining. The quality of food is just amazing with the ambience and light music. Rooms were also neat and clean. Kudos to hotel staff.🌟✨

The overall Stay was fine need to improve some services like TV Connectivity.., Option flr tea, rate of foods are too high, should start serving lacquer i.e have Bar also.. etc. Rest are fine and nothing to elaborate it and specify. Recommend to stay..!

Property location was good. Food served at pebbles restaurant is marvelous and hygienic. Amenities are okay. Improvement is required towards promptness in housekeeping staff. In addition, issue of accumulation of water in washroom needs to be attended by the hotel on priority.

Overall nice experience..stay for 2 nights . Manager give us great help by allowing early check in. Breakfast is very nice , with lot of variety. Moti jheel and JK temple are nearby attractions and Rave Moti mall is just next to it. Would like to stay again at Downtown on my next trip .

First of all i have say that it was a great experience with this hotel. Need to take care of shampoo quality and also increase the food items. Also need to give proper training of some new staff.

Stay was good, but they need to take proper safety of equipment. Got high shocj while using electric kettle. Thanklly i was wearing slippers. I will suggest proper checks of equipments inside the room. I will helpful in guest's safety. Most important.

Very nice stay specially staff and food is very good, location is superb. Room and bathroom both are very clean, only one drawback about parking because very limited parking, very crowded area. Rest everything rhing awesome i will sure will stay again and will refer also.

Stay at downtown was good, staff is highly courteous. Check in and check out was pretty fast and smooth. Location wise was perfect since i had work in that area only. Only negative is no window in rooms
