I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

sicherlich eines der besten Hotels hier. Es soll ca. 5 Jahre alt sein. Indien ist oft laut, die Straße mit dem Haupteingang, auch bei Feiern im Hotel, am Frühstück oft Fernsehen und Lausprecher parallel. Das Frühstück ist normalerweise für jeden was, aber wenig Fleisch. Die Hotelküche abends ist gut, Hotelgäste bekommen einen Rabatt. In den Zimmern sind die Klimaanlagen an und zu laut, oder aus.. und es wird schnelll zu warm. Ein Deckenventilator lässt sich auf langsam regeln. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, und einen Pool, der aber dreckig wirkt. Es gibt immer wieder kurze Strom Unterbrechungen, das Internet ist überall in Kanpur recht instabil.

Excellent experience. At restaurant Shabnam was very generous, nice variety of food. Great ambiance over all. Must visit property in kanpur. Hotel location is also in the heart of the city. 5 mins drive to mall road and Swaroop Nagar. Shopping hub z square Mall is also 5 mins drive from the hotel

Bin im Jahr sehr oft hier. Das einzigste Hotel in Kanpur, welches *** nutzen kann zum Übernachten. Zwar nicht 100% sauber alles dort aber für indische Verhältnisse o.k. Furchtbar ist es, wenn Nachts am Pool eine Party ist und das Zimmer dort in der Nähe ist. Da bekommt *** kein Auge zu nachts. Ansonsten absolut in Ordnung.

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. Food : delicious 5/5 improve area- air conditioning systems. Not sufficient as per size of the room need more powerful as per my experience.
