GGastnutzerStayed for one night. Great experience. The room was well furnished. Everything you needed was there. Well maintained. Top class. The furniture was what you expect in a higher star hotel. Bathroom fittings were also premium. Again very clean and maintained. Not easy to find flaws. The breakfast was also excellent and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. You ask for it and you get it. Room service menu was with very reasonable prices. We only had sweet corn soup and it was very refreshing. They use fresh ingredients. Only cons we saw. Hotel is not a very large hotel. Some rooms do not have any window which is not really a con but we prefer to stay in a room with a wondow. They promptly changed it when we asked.

GGastnutzerHotel was good. I did not like the initial room i was offered, and it was immediately changed. Room was clean, room service was quick and all the staff were nice. The breakfast was good too. The location is convenient, main road with easy parking. Overall it was a good experience.

GGastnutzerI had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.

Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

GGastnutzerRoyal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.
