Nice and cheap good service

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral neben der berühmten Shoppingstrasse in Kanpur. Die Ausstattung und die Service sind mit dem 5Sterne-Hotel in Europa vergleichbar. Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich, besonders Herr Laxman und Frau Pragati.

Bin im Jahr sehr oft hier. Das einzigste Hotel in Kanpur, welches *** nutzen kann zum Übernachten. Zwar nicht 100% sauber alles dort aber für indische Verhältnisse o.k. Furchtbar ist es, wenn Nachts am Pool eine Party ist und das Zimmer dort in der Nähe ist. Da bekommt *** kein Auge zu nachts. Ansonsten absolut in Ordnung.

Landmark has amazingly courteous executives who made our stay memorable. Priyanka, Aarti, Namra in the pool side restaurant.. Satnam on the front office...people who made us feel comfortable and welcomed in every connect. Sonali, the customer services manager is one of the best managers, I have come across in my all my travels. A big thankyou to these amazing people for a great stay.

The Breakfast had a variety of options. The staffs were great and prompt. Special thanks to Santanu and Priyanka from Hospitality staff. Overall very good experience.Room and ambience were also good. They have also games zone where the children can play. I will come again

Worst hotel Experience Ever! They charge 7500 per night and in return gives the worst possible Experience! I arrive first the boom barrier did not open and my taxi was stuck then they said there is no Electricity! Then I had to walk to the lobby. Then I enquired about Gym timings- They said not operational. Then said I have to wait 5 minutes as none of the systems are working and they can’t generate a room Key. After I waited 30 minutes- They said the same thing that none of the systems are working. Anyways after a long wait of around 40 minutes got my keys. Entered the room with the promise of Pool view room but to my surprise had the worst view ever. Then no towels were kept in the room. Complete Nightmare!

We had a nice experience at the hotel , food was really amazing … sweet gesture of staff at restautant , visiting for the 3rd time at this hotel , room , spa , gym , pool . Kids loved the environment here . Pragati , Aarti from f and b dept , South Indian chef Aniket made our stay fabulous …. ❤️ Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, ham, cheese. Special thanks to chef Mukesh , Ms Daksha were sweet to remember my b’day .

Location of the hotel is good. The room and bathroom was clean and hygienic. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very supportive and humble specially Karan. Check in was also smooth and ambience was excellent. I would highly recommend and visit again in this hotel in future.

The Fooding in waterside is mouthwatering. Karan helped me with everything in deciding what to eat and what not according to my food choices. The chef preps were on point . The ending desert was just wow. Cherry on the ice cake. There ambience is not among the best , they are actually the best

Waterside: best food with tons of varieties and instant service , Best thing happened during my stay here. Overall it's was very recommended and will surely try for the next time. @karan will be the best partner during our time in kitchen, thanks
