Stay was Ok..but roof top bar not having more varieties of food to choose from

Room had a weird smell(which was overpowering my senses) and bedsheets, comforters and chair had stains on them.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office Manager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

Food was Average and the response time for room service was a way too long, overall it was good though.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Akra. Akra's behaviour was both unprofessional and disrespectful. He lied about the room rates and gave me higher rates. Pls check the site rates and book directly from the site rather than direct booking. I was quite taken aback by their attitude, as it completely detracted from my overall experience. I hope that this feedback can be used to improve customer service in the future."

Amazing property. The staff is quite courteous and helpful. Harijith from housekeeping cleaned our room which was messed up badly. The staff at the buffet was quite helpful and understanding. We had a 3 day stay and we enjoyed staying at the property. Would recommend it to everyone.

Attended a family wedding . Took out 45 rooms for three nights . Some longer. 1. Rooms not clean 2. Sheets dirty and not changed 3. Ac in rooms universally poor 4. Water leaking in some rooms from ac vent . Repeated complaints did not solve the issue. 5. Faucet not working in my room 6. Inadequate towels in rooms , and smelly and damp as well 7. Breakfast buffet adequate 8. Food average 8. Front office manned by people who struggle to even smile. 9. Poor communication between them 10. Suite smelling of cigarette fumes and musty. NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

It was good and all but the thing is a bit more luxurious facilities could have been provided and more varieties of delicacies and all but it is still ok and all but the problem is the delicacies and all I comment that the facilities are good enough but some issues are there

A nice cozy bar with nice and strong cocktails. Jishnu made some amazing cocktails which did more than the job required and Dhruvan was a really nice and funny host. Definitely would recommend this place fir a fun chill night . Cheers to all visiting

I got a chance to stay in Novotel kochi during my YouTube video roadtrip to vagamon while leaving vagamon thought to book a hotel for a stay in kochi so search a room in kochi as I am a member of accorso thought to use a complimentary one night stay so I booked it. Yes, booking Novotel kochi is my biggest mistake I have been staying in Novotel aerocity Delhi and Pullman aerocity new delhi they have a dedicated floor for a smoking room. So keeping this in mind I booked and reached the property when I asked to give smoking room they informed me that this hotel is full non smoking which makes me realise my mistake I asked simple question As you have not mentioned any where that this property is no smoking on the application and after reaching the property we can not cancel to it was taken it or leave it I personally felt that I don't have any other choice and I forcefully stay there so I choose to stay as early morning I need to travel on road trip The conversation with the reception and manager. The best part of the manager was his smile was very good just smiling and not doing anything in the end manager said I am sorry for the inconvinence. After having heart broken conversation with manager thought to relax in a bar because I got 1 complimentary drink which includes any one from beer, indian spirit, wine, coffee so I choose to have indian spirit However the bar manager said we will offer only beer not spirits after showing the complimentary list which is clearly mention but they dined very rudely so no other option I paid for the drink. One more thing mind the board which is places next to the enterence right of admission so they said sir you argue then we can cancel your booking please read the board which is place on the gate So for me it was so unpleasant stay For me a big no for Novotel kochi 😁😁 🙏🥺 If you want to comment any thing please go to my yt channel @travelexplorernomad

As always my stay is always comfortable and nice in Novotel (Kochi). Staffs are very humble ,supportive and kind specially Ms Reena who is always very kind and offering good hospitality and service. Location is also very nice and rooms are very comfortable to stay.

Excellent from ravi at the restaurant. And chriswin at the bar was very helpful and courteous. Very good stay. The locality is good not very busy. It was on our way home from airport quite convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby also if we want to try differnt cuisines
