War ein Desaster. Wenn der Fahrer anruft wie man zum Hotel kommt gibt es die Antwort „das weiss ich nicht“ Das war der Anfang. Das es jetzt unter Construction ist - stand in keiner Bewertung. Alles ist etwas in Arbeit. Der Preis von ca. 50.— ist eher Zuviel als normal unter diesen Umständen. Das angesagte Zimmer mit Balkon gab es nicht - hätte aber gegeben. Ich verzichtete. Die Reservierung „Agoda“ wurde nicht gefunden - gefunden habe ich, dass der Betrag abgebucht wurde. Weder das Hotel Management noch meine Bemühungen fruchteten nicht. Man kann AGODA nirgends erreichen! Weder per Telefon noch per Mail. Es liegt also bei mir das Problem zu lösen und Buchungen über AGODA sind für mich gestorben. Das Zimmer war schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Schlecht nur, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann und halt die EC benutzen muss - und das in Kandy mit der guten Luft. Das WC und die Dusche waren separat was ich angenehm empfand. Hatte aber einen grossen Nachteil - es stank fürchterlich weil es weder ein Fenster noch eine Lüftung hat. Ich denke es hat mit dem Umbau zu tun. Dass das Personal für jeden Kaffee oder Jus irgendwohin Pilgern muss ist nervend und braucht Zeit. Waren aber hilfsbereit beim Vergessen von dies und das und mehr…….

The most horrible service ever. We checked in yesterday that too they opened the doors for us at 3:30 pm and the ac was not working and we were sweating like pigs. They came to fix it at 10pm but it still didn't work. They did a room change at midnight. When we were dead sleepy and had to change and repack to move. We brought friends with us recommending the place. Dinner buffet they had enough foreigners but fried rice, some noodles and chicken devil and soya curry with fish curry was on the buffet. And some dark skinned very very riped unconsumable bananas. We had to wait for 20 mins for them to refill the noodles. Same scenario with the bfast the chef wanted to know how many are there to refill the sausages? We had to wait for 5 mins for them to get the pillows to the rooms. The rooms are full of dust and unclean. And they had the nerve to call us and ask to leave the room by 12pm when they had only checked us in at 3:30pm the previous day. Pls reconsider if coming here. The most terrible hotel 🤢

The door to my room would not lock because the wood had splintered around the lock. There was a puddle of water in the bathroom when I arrived. We called the desk to ask for water, hand towels, and a bath mat. We were assured help was on the way. A couple of hours later, we made the same request and finally got what we asked for and they repaired the door. When I plugged in the coffee maker, the power to the room went out. We had a package deal that included dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We had some nice choices for both meals.

The check in was painful front office was equipped with only one staff that too a novice Restaurant was pathetic in terms of ambience quality of food and service There were only 2 waiters and could not service 2 tables it took us approx 60 minutes to get a simple dinner though a buffet was promised neither dinner not breakfast was served in buffet It took 2 hours a several calls and visits to get a bottle of water

Wе stayеd at this hotеl for onе night last wееk, and unfortunatеly, our еxpеriеncе lеft much to bе dеsirеd. Upon our 7:00 PM arrival, wе wеrе surprisеd to find no wеlcomе drink, sеtting a disappointing tonе for our stay. Thе rеcеptionist's unprofеssional bеhaviour at thе front dеsk was noticеablе, rеlying on body languagе to call guеsts and showing rеluctancе to stеp out from bеhind thе countеr. Aftеr a 15-minutе wait, wе wеrе assignеd our room, which, though еquippеd with basic amеnitiеs, fеll short of clеanlinеss standards. Thе washroom's lack of hot watеr and an unrеliablе balcony door lock addеd to our dissatisfaction. Thе WiFi connеction was also inconsistеnt. Thе following day, our disappointmеnt continuеd as wе visitеd thе pool. It was еvidеnt that maintеnancе had bееn nеglеctеd for an еxtеndеd pеriod. Rеgrеttably, I cannot rеcommеnd this hotеl to anyonе basеd on our еxpеriеncе. Thе only positivе notе was thе commеndablе еffort of thе housеkееping staff. I hopе thе managеmеnt addrеssеs thеsе concеrns promptly to еnhancе thе ovеrall guеst еxpеriеncе. Tip: Considеr improvеmеnts in sеrvicе and maintеnancе for a morе positivе guеst еxpеriеncе.

Checkin was easy.... Room was clean and tidy... Washroom was good and spacious with hot water availability... Food was not upto the mark as we expected don't go for set menu in dinner... Order some a la carte from the menu. Breakfast with limited options that too with limited staff to serve on time... Pool available... Lifts available... Nice structure and the way it's built... View from room window is beautiful... Frontdesk is handsome fellow with cute smile...

The room was very spacious with a balcony. There was a bathtub and towels were provided. The food was good but took a little longer to serve at the buffet. There was a nice live group playing at the dinner. The hotel is not very well maintained may be due to cost-cutting. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall good for the price.

The room was spacious and the washrooms were clean and a nice bathtub. The breakfast was good and was able to fill our stomach. The lift was little stinky but rest all experience was amazing. The food was also tasty, we tried it for dinner and the quantity was huge.

We spent 2 nights here in November and it was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony Terrance was my favorite. A beautiful view over the streets of Kandy and the view in the morning was our favorite too. We were on half board basis (breakfast/dinner) and it was all so good. dinner was my personal favourite 😂. I don’t usually enjoy hotel food but this was very satisfying. We honestly enjoyed our holiday very much and plan to go back as well 🙏🏼
