Ich war Anfang September eine Woche lang allein im True Blue und war daher immer etwas besorgt, was meine persönliche Sicherheit und die Freundlichkeit der Unterkunft angeht. Ich kann sagen, dass ich mich vom Moment meiner Ankunft an sehr willkommen gefühlt habe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kann gar nicht genug für einen tun. Sie sind alle zugänglich und unterhalten sich gerne mit einem, was für eine allein reisende Frau sehr beruhigend ist. Das Hotel ist makellos sauber, der Pool ist schön und die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel. Das Frühstück bietet eine wunderbare Auswahl, alles frisch und köstlich. Der Barbereich ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu unterhalten und mit anderen Gästen zu sprechen, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vielen Dank an Arda und Egemen hinter der Bar, die so freundlich, geduldig und an jedem interessiert sind. (Unfall und Notfall) Sie werden wissen, was ich meine (kein Nachteil für sie)!! Tuana Su ist absolut charmant und Danke an den großen jungen Mann, an dessen Namen ich mich nicht erinnern kann (wie ich ihn buchstabiere). Tuba, der Manager – Glückwunsch dazu, dass Sie diesen schönen Ort und das wunderbare Team, inklusive Rafi und Sajic (Entschuldigung bei falscher Schreibweise), instand halten. Praktische Probleme – eine kurze Taxifahrt nach Kalkan selbst kostet derzeit 130 TL, also etwa 4,75 £ pro Strecke. Es ist zu heiß und es geht zu viel auf und ab für mich zum Gehen, aber ich habe Probleme mit meinen Knien. Ich denke, man muss sehr fit sein, um in die Stadt und zurück zu laufen, aber es gibt viele Restaurants in Gehweite. Das Essen ist im Allgemeinen sehr gut, egal, wo man isst. Der Strandclub Kalamar ist nicht weit, aber der Weg ist sehr steil, obwohl Sie einen Shuttle nehmen können (aber nicht, wenn Sie alleine sind). Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, toller Ort, tolle Leute. Ich kann einen Besuch wärmstens empfehlen.

Fantastisches neues Hotel. Sehr schöne moderne und extragrosse Zimmer mut großem Balkon oder Terrasse, Meerblick, toll eingerichtet, geschmackvolle Dekoration, hervorragendes frisches und vor allem ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet für Langschläfer, es fehlt an nichts, Konferenzräume, privater Parkplatz, sehr aufmerksames Personal und sehr charmante fröhliche Managerin, alle sprechen super englisch, tierliebe Mitarbeiter und das Unternehmen angagiert sich für den Tierschutz. Das ist mir persönlich sehr wichtig. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden und xxl Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. In der Nähe sind Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich Ich hab mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist natürlich etwas teurer, aber lohnenswert. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

I could have rated this place 10 stars, honestly the staff are amazingly welcoming and warm. They make you feel home, make sure you're comfortable and always there smiling and ready to fulfill your requests. Rooms are spacious, loads of drawers and wardrobes, soooo clean and neat, view to the beach from balcony and view to a mail card landscape from the 5th floor where the buffet breakfast is served. The food is tasty, varied and the hygiene overall is top. You gonna enjoy showering and the air conditioner is turning off automatically when you open the balcony. I'm spending a week and I'm still there at the minute and wanna try their spa that looks great. Few of them only speak a very good English, however the barrier language was invisible because all members of staff, every single one I met was communicating with me in any way possible to socialise and that was the cherry on top. Also the hotel is close to the beach, close to my favourite restaurant and others and the market every Thursday just nearby 🤍

Dieser Ort ist so gut! Hostel in Villa mit erstaunlicher Aussicht und erstaunliche Leute, die dort arbeiten. Wenn Sie an diesem Ort bleiben, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, in ”Luxus-Bereich” zu einem so niedrigen Preis zu leben. Dieser Ort ist sehr cool! Gastgeber aus der Villa- so habe ich noch nicht gesehen! Ausgezeichnete Ansichten, Sonnenuntergang und wichtigste Menschen! Eine große Chance, für eine kleine Menge in ”Laksheri-Platz” zu leben! - Was?

Der Service ist sehr gut, vor allem Betul, sehr enthusiastisch. Von der Unterkunft zur Vorstellung der Lage des Sonnenunterganges bis zum Zimmer. Andere Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind sehr nett, wenn Sie Frühstück essen. Sie werden fragen, ob Sie Kaffee und Eier wieder schicken wollen. Aus dem Laden werden Wasser und Tee die Gepäcktasche in den Wagen ziehen und die Gäste abbringen. Es ist sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Design ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, das große Schlafzimmer ist größerer als das Doppelzimmer, wenn die beiden verbleiben.

We stayed for 11 days in early May and we were very pleased with the hotel. It's small, very clean and staffed by friendly and helpful people. I have been in 5 star hotels in the past which were not as good as The Samira Exclusive. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed; the towels were very good quality, thick and fluffy and bering the hotel's insignia. The only not so good points are the WIFI, which can be temperamental and the breakfast which was underwhelming. Breakfast consisted of mainly cold salads, boiled eggs and two warm (never hot enough) dishes; these were usually chopped local sausages mixed with peppers, and potatoes or occasionally baked beans. If you wanted eggs cooked any other way it would cost extra, this seemed a little petty; the bread however was very good. We didn't eat there in the evenings but I understand from others that the quality of the menu at that time was very good. We had a late evening flight home and asked about the possibility of extending our check out by a few hours, this cost us £40, which I feel is quite steep. The hotel was quite empty when we arrived but began to fill up as the season progressed and I can see possible problems in the high season with queues in the restaurant which is small and finding beds around the pool. Of course we already saw people rising at cock crow to claim beds with their towels and often these beds were hardly used, this is something the hotel should clamp down on. There is no lift either so the hotel is only accessible to the able bodied. Kalkan itself is very impressive; it's extremely picturesque, surrounded by hills and peppered with small winding cobbled streets full of restaurants and art shops, no sign of the usual tourist 'tat'. It is very steep though and I wouldn't recommend it to disabled people or those with small children and push chairs. It is also very expensive, eating out cost us about the same as we would pay to eat out in the UK. People who were frequent visitors told us the prices has almost doubled in the last year or two since Covid. Would I recommend it? Definitely, and I would return to the Samira Exclusive but it would be nice to see the points I have raised being addressed.
