Grand Museum Guest House, Pyramids View

Very nice staying. Wonderful room with all comforts and amenities. The staff was just awesome ( a special thanks to Delia, so sweet and helpful. But not less Karam who promised to come in Roma and now is a Roma football supporter 💛❤️). I suggest to all of you to book in this guest house : the best!!! Ciaooooooo 😍💛❤️

I don’t even know where to begin. The photos, destination and details regarding Grand Museum Guest House didn’t match up whatsoever. They were very accommodating when it came to airport shuttle pickup as we arrived at 2 am. The ride was pleasant. For safety reasons I put the guest house location into my maps to make sure we were heading in the right direction but when we arrived at an arbitrary location based on a dirt road, where we were met with two aggressive stray dogs barking at us, we were shocked. All of a sudden a young boy comes out of this dilapidated building besides us and grabs our bags, we tried to make sense of the whole situation but we followed the young boy up a small and not reassuring elevator, taking us up to the 10th floor of this somewhat abandoned building. There was no signage on the building which didn’t help the situation and there was no balcony as advertised. As for pricing it was advertised as $94 for 2 nights but once we realised the state of the accommodation we requested to leave early and had to pay $85 for one night which didn’t include a goodnight sleep as there was noises the entire night due to reception being 10 stairs below us. I would give the photographer 5 starts and the accommodation 1 star regrettably.

Very close to Giza pyramids and the Grand Museum (scheduled to open in Nov 2022). Comfortable rooms with pyramid views. Breakfast served in the room. "Reception" girl was excellent: very attentive, always available and great at organizing a driver for us with no notice. Driver, by the way, was excellent and not at all pushy. Building and area immediately around the hotel are very ugly and dirty. Elevators was probably last maintained when pyramids were built. However, proximity to main attraction and efficiency of Reception girl make it worth it.

we stayed at the guest house and were greeted, and welcomed lovely! the staff here cant do enough for you, and there service is very friendly. there were very flexible with our arrival and departure time and really nothing felt like to much trouble. we were travelling all around cairo, to the malls, downtown to do something for all the family and felt the location was suitable for what we needed. would definitely stay again and recommend.

Soggiorno piacevole in una pensione di recente apertura, migliorabile sotto alcuni aspetti: l'esterno è trascurato e l'ascensore che ti porta al 10 piano da brividi. Le camere, invece, godono di una vista incantevole sulle piramidi e sul GEM e sono nuove, pulite e confortevoli ma piuttosto piccole. In bagno non era presente l'asciugacapelli, così come due asciugamani per coppia i quali ci sono stati portati su richiesta. La colazione è servita in camera, buona ma un po' povera. WiFi un po' debole. Personale gentile ed accogliente, soprattutto Asmaa pronta a fare il possibile per metterti a tuo agio, prenotando cibo da asporto e organizzando gite turistiche (un po' care!). Molta flessibilità con l'orario di arrivo e partenza. Abbiamo usufruito del trasporto gratuito al nostro arrivo alla pensione ma abbiamo dovuto pagare 30$ per il ritorno in aeroporto. In conclusione, la location e l'efficienza di Asmaa valgono il soggiorno.
