The food was subpar and it came out cold and the steak was undercooked. Several of my guests had to send back their steak as they were all seared and not cooked either medium or medium well per our requests. The staff were accommodating and tried to help as much as possible. Also, the location is around 75 minutes from el centro depending on the route you take and time you travel. Often it can take longer. Overall, as a tourist, I would not go back as the experience was not worth the hassle it takes to get there.

Nos hospedamos en una cabaña privada, hermosa! El jacuzzi a el lado de la cabaña hace que la experiencia sea muy personal y super tranquila. La comida debe mejorar mucho, 3e básica y el sabor no es el mejor, pedimos una hamburguesa y estaba tan salada que fue imposible comerla, unos nuggets quemados.

Excelente servicio de las cabañas, sin embargo, puntúe un poco menos porque a pesar de que el servicio de las meseras en los horarios de la noche es muy carismático, atento y servicial, creo que un solo apoyo cubriendo el área tan extensa que es Villa Martha no es suficiente, además que no cuentan con un citófono en las habitaciones que haga mucho más fácil su comunicación con la habitación, creo que hay varios aspectos por mejorar, pero aplaudo mucho el servicio de las chicas en el horario de la tarde-noche, continúen mejorando💕✨

Excelente ambiente y la atención de Nibis y Durle, recomendadisimo al 100%. Excelente sitio para ir con la familia. La comida de 10! Un lugar muy bonito para venir con los niños y pasar un rato agradable
