Clean and nice room. Great location. Walking distance to City Square. Staff is polite and offer me umbrella when raining. Many security staffs outside. Will book again.

New hotel and worth the stay, but for 1person hotel room is really small. Nearby Chinese foods also available in the area. At night 1 Indian restaurant is open just opposite the hotel.

My first time at Hako. The lobby very cozy and ambience was great. Once I reached my room, I feel so disappointed. The room is very dusty, the cup for drinking is full of dust, it seem like nobody clean up the room before letting customer to check in. The water pressure for bathing is terribly low and weak. Sigh!! There is no cup for brushing your teeth, you have to use the same drinking cup provided. One room key per room, cannot provided extra room key, that is very inconvenient for customer. Location wise very good, very near to all the Cafe & restaurant, walking distance.

Ich war kürzlich bei R&F Princess Cove und hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Die Einheit war geräumig, sauber und mit allen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, die ich für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, bietet einen bequemen Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Geschäften, so dass es einfach zu erkunden das Gebiet. Ich habe auch die atemberaubenden Ansichten aus dem Grundstück it hinzugefügt einen Touch von Luxus zu der Gesamterfahrung. Ich empfehle R&F Prinzessin Cove, jeder auf der Suche nach einem komfortablen und erinnerlichen Ort zu bleiben. Ich freue mich auf einen Besuch in der Zukunft.

The lady receptionist(based on her accent, probably she is a filipino) is very kind, helpful and friendly . I saw her working alone on all the 3 wkdays that i was there .. She truly deserved a praise because she is independent and hardworking by working alone on her shift, even though it wasnt very busy during wkdays but during school holiday season, it can be slightly busy for her .. Thank you for your hard work ! 👍 The room is spacious, clean and feels home . Amenities in room are sufficient but i wish there is a microvewave in this room because there is space to put one and im sure it would be helpful for guests especially to reheat our leftover foods .. Please consider this . 🥲 And the room slippers are too thin that my feet can feel the floor when walking to the lobby/pool, so i think need to improve on that . Everything else is fine . Location is also fine even if you dont drive .. There is a mall opp road of the hotel- the mall have a supermarket and some food shops/restaurants . The concierge/security and pool staffs are also kind and helpful .. 👍 The pool is great and with 2 water slides that both adults and kids can enjoy . There are many chairs and tables for guests to put our things while going for a swim but i think its time to repair the stairs especially on the white slide and also some flooring around the slides because there are broken tiles/holes that may cause injury . To the management, please take serious note on this, bfore any accident happen .. I dropped my spect while swimming and couldnt find it and i asked help from the pool staff . The next day when i went to checked with him, he said he had passed it to the reception . I thanked him and went to collect it . He also deserved a praise because he really went the extra mile to help . Thank you ! 👍 Overall, its been a great stay here . Will be back again next time . Recommended if you are looking for pool with slides ! 💙

Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage. WLAN-Verbindung ist ok. Zahnbürsten werden bereitgestellt. Es gibt keine Zimmer mit Verbindungstür im Hotel. Gutes, angemessenes Frühstück. Leider funktionierte der Warmwasserbereiter nicht richtig. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum, direkt auf der anderen Seite der viel befahrenen Straße. Einkaufszentren, Bahnhof (ca. 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß) und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Neben der Lobby gibt es einen Supermarkt.

Das Hotel setzt uns nur einen Hinweis auf den Front Desk, um uns zu informieren, dass sie die Klimaanlage von 9 bis 12 Uhr morgens schließen! Dies ist während unseres Aufenthalts, und wir wurden während meiner Buchung nicht mit trip.com informiert. Wie soll ich die schmerzhafte Wärme ohne Klimaanlage aushalten? Die Klimaanlage war schon schrecklich schwach in der Nacht, und als ich einen Fan beantragte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie keinen Fan haben. Ich musste die ganze Nacht mit meinem Handfans reisen! Ich musste mich um 8 Uhr stattdessen abchecken, bevor sie den Klimaanlage schließen. Und wenn das nicht schlimm genug war, war der Koch am Frühstück ganz unermüdlich. Er war unermüdlich, uns sogar ein frisches Ei zu kochen, und als ich fragte, ob er mir ein frisches warmes Roti Canai machen könnte, ignorierte er mich einfach. Er versuchte eindeutig absichtlich, seine Verantwortung zu vermeiden.

Decent room for the price, not a great location if you want to be near to any malls but e-hailing is relatively cheap to get to where you need to go. Rooms are in a refurbished apartment and aren't in the best condition but is acceptable for the price, around RM230 for a last minute weekend booking. Hot water tank runs out over time if you take too long a shower. There are a bunch of Thai food stalls that open late around the hotel as well as two 24 hour convenience stores.

Weil wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht hatten, war das Zimmer im Keller. Dort hat es aber sehr komisch nach Rauch gerochen. Der Abzug war nur in Verbindung mit Licht, weswegen der Abzug nachts nicht angelassen werden konnte.

Für ein Budgethotel bietet Kingston ein ordentliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber, und das Hotel liegt ruhig in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Komtar, aber außerhalb des Hotels wird gebaut. Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wenn Sie keinen Luxus suchen, aber etwas Erschwingliches brauchen 😄
