The room WiFi connection is limited to one device. Device 1 will disconnect if device 2 is connected. Wifi connection also very slow.
When I asked for extra water, the front desk worker informed me that I would have to pay RM3. For this reason, I gave my rating 1. Not agreeable.
The location is one advantage. I won't stay at this hotel unless such is the case.

This used to be one of our favourite hotel before FIVES it was BAGUS CITY HOTEL. After pandemic is called FIVES HOTEL which still maintained the service , cleanliness. Hotel is just opp komtar and city Square where you can shop, dine and watch movies. Local food are all walking distance. Hope the price wld be better for weekdays booking.

Overall is good, especially with the fantastic location. Hotel is clean and nice to stay as well. Just the hotel room air cond not really functioning, and the situation is worse during recent hot weather.

Location is very good, beside is Haidilao hotpot… Opposite is JBCC Komtar and city square.. Lobby staff is nice and good, arrangement of rooms as my request, room is clean but very small, so far enough if not much luggage, breakfast not good, very very less choices, not good to try there…

This was my second visit here, drawn by the excellent location and affordable rooms. Fortunately, we were upgraded to a spacious room due to a malfunctioning water heater in our original room. However, the replacement heater wasn't ideal either. Despite basic amenities, the value for money was reasonable. A minor inconvenience was the WiFi, which kept disconnecting whenever the phone was idle, unknowingly consuming my 4G data. Nonetheless, the standout was the incredibly prompt room service!

This hotel just situated opposite Komtar JBCC with pubs and restaurants beside. The room is small but complete toiletries with house slipper. No cupboard just corner hanging area. No swimming pool and breakfast buffet at RM30 per pax on level 6.

First time trying here in fives near city square ! All i can say is its a very good choice as its very near to many shops and bazar karat ! Alot of choices of food nearby ! And their breakfast too is delicious , hope for many choices of food in future hehe . Will book surely again .
