The good: comfortable bed, decent cleanliness, working aircon, game console was cool, nice view at #48. The bad: Host expect you to contact them on the day else no sound no pic. Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that. Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card. After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”. The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere. Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic). Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff.

The surrounding area were too jam due to the nearby construction. Building and design a bit ages however was well maintained. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was good, many varieties. A small minus will be the overnight oatmeal was not up to par.

We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.

Host YQYH sent Whatsapp messages 3-4 days in advance to let us know the check-in information. They have been kind. Amenities are provided. Cleanliness can be improved though. For travellers walking from JBCC to R&F, do note that there is a little construction of the overhead bridge and needed to go down and up again to reach there. We stayed in Phase 2 which needed a bit of walking compared to phase 2 buildings. Both myself and the boys slept throughout the night but not my husband. The beds are the firm type. Overall, the experience was okay for me.

Bleib hier eine Woche lang, wo man sich entspannt und entspannt! Die Lage war perfekt... nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum JB Mall und Komtar ist direkt hinter dem Hotel, so alles war super bequem. Viele Cafés in der Nähe auch! Das Zimmer und der Hotelservice waren topnotch. Nayyan machte eine tolle Arbeit, um das Zimmer zeitgemäß zu halten und sicherte uns immer komfortable. Frühstück war meriah (reichlich und lecker!) und ich liebe es, jeden Morgen und jeden Abend ihre Fitness zu treffen. Ich habe auch ihr Breeze Spa versucht und mein Therapeut Diana hatte so einen magischen Touch, dass ich während der Sitzung wirklich schlief! Ich fühlte mich so entspannt und nachher leicht. Insgesamt liebe ich Amari JB. Wenn jemand in der Stadtzentrum JB wohnen will, solltest du auch Amari versuchen!

Es ist ein anständiges Budgethotel mit guter Service. Sie haben uns von einem Deluxe Doppel in ein 4-pax Zimmer aufgebaut, was eine angenehme Überraschung war. Das saure Frühstück hatte Reis, zwei Gerichte, Suppe, Porridge und freie Drinks, aber ein Buffet wäre besser37. Einige Gäste können nicht frühzeitig Reis essen. Check-out war streng, nur bis 12:30 Uhr verlängert. Insgesamt, ein vernünftiger Aufenthalt mit geringfügigen Unannehmlichkeiten.

I really love this home. I booked the sea view side, and all the rooms are very clean and so nice. The owner is also very friendly and they even provide an extra sofa bed and blankets. They also have a water cooler.Next time, I’ll definitely go there again.

Awesome location the apartment was spacious and clean with all the facilities needed for a homestay! We were surprised at how large the rooms were definitely a hidden jewel! The agents were friendly and helpful too!
