Die Unterkunft war sauber, Frühstück gute Auswahl.
Das Personal sehr kurz angebunden.
Die Bettwäsche war klamm. Der Lärm draussen ging bis halb 12, dann kam erst jemand. In den Blockhütten ist alles aus den anderen Zimmern zu hören.

Die Ethno Houses nennen sich auf anderen Plattformen auch lakeside plitvicer Seen. Das ist etwas verwirrlich. Das Resort ist recht abgelegen und man kommt nicht einfach so dort vorbei. Der Empfang war super freundlich und das ganze Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Auch etwas irritierend mutet an, dass man von Indern bedient wird. Das war in kroatien bisher nie so. Auf nachfrage ist die Erklärung, dass man kein geeignet ausgebildetes Personal in Kroatien oder Bosnien findet. Der gesamterfahrung hat das keinen negativen Abbruch getan. Es waren alles sehr bemüht uns gut zu umsorgen und wir wurden förmlich "gepampert" ;-) Das Abendessen war für HR Verhältnisse kein Schnäppchen, jedoch einfach W-O-W. Das Frühstück war auch gut, doch ist bei weitem nicht an das Abendessen herangekommen. Zimmer sind toll und gut ausgestattet. Ganzheitlich muss man sagen, dass das gesamte Resort so knapp vor Ostern gerade aus dem Winterschlaf erwacht ist....

We enjoyed the unique style of this property -it was quaint, quiet and the beautiful greenery and landscaping made it a cozy place to relax. The stones in the parking lot made it more challenging to move our heavy luggage. For the price we paid, we would have liked more breakfast options that weren't so starch/bread heavy, as I am gluten-free and my boyfriend has diabetes. There were a lot of desserts/cereal/breads, but couldn't have any of them and I'm not a fan of having cured meat and cheese for breakfast. Other than that, this is definitely a stay worth considering!

Super simple and basic accommodation, staff at check in provided useful information, other staff didn’t provide caring customer service.
WLAN super slow, staircase to room super tight.
No restaurant like the description said, plus sauna is an extra charge of 20€/h, jacuzzi didn’t exist anymore.
It was ok for staying one night, but please change the description.

We booked on *******. We stayed here as it had a higher hotel rating. When we checked in we were shown to a small outdoor building in centre of the parking lot. Cars were parked on all sides. When we went into the building it was a small room with a small table and very narrow spiral staircase going up to twin beds. You couldnt take luggage up. The bathroom was off the front door. The toliet was not attached properly to floor and shower was the same. When we used them water leaked on the floor. There was hardly any toilet paper or towels. We could hear people all day and night as they were coming and going in parking lot (where our room was). we just made the best of it.

We thought we would arrive in a warm nice small hotel. But the people at the reception were very cold, real businesswomen. The room is ok, but basic (we slept under the roof) Drinking something at the pool is very expensive (more expensive than a lot of hotels in Croatia). If you are later at breakfast a lot off things are not available anymore. Not a place to go back

Definitely not as pleasing as was advertised. The rooms are much smaller and not as nice as in the pictures and the condition of the stairs was quite literally shaky. To our surprise there was no restaurant at the hotel and the staff was baffled when we asked, despite it being mentioned in the hotel description and the keycard had the opening hours listed. So silly us I guess? What was not mentioned however, was that we could not pay our room with a credit card (which we later found out is highly unusual for this area) and finding a working ATM in this semi-secluded area is a pain. Overall I would not recommend and for anyone looking for accommodation in the area I would suggest choosing one of the nearby slightly more expensive options.
