The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Loved the shuttle driver as well, very friendly and always on time. This was an incredibly pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The staff here made our stay feel like home and treated us like family. I will absolutely stay here again and again. Sage and Randy went above and beyond. Sage made sure our home cooked meal was delicious and provided it with a smile and great conversation. Randy dropped us off and picked us up from local grocery stores and restaurants making our stay as seamless as possible. I travel a lot and this hotel is my favorite by far.

Enjoyed our stay there even if it was only for a few hours. The breakfast options were pretty good for our family.

I was ill when we arrived in Jacksonville two hours before normal check in time. I needed to lie down to rest, so my wife asked if we could check in early. We were not only accommodated, but provided with bottled water and juice. After one night, we had to cut our visit off, rising at 5:00 am and heading home to Virginia. And we were not charged for our unused second night. Every staff member treated us with respect and compassion

Smallest bathroom I have ever seen and a clogged bathtub. On a good note, staff was very attentive, maintenance came quickly to replace refrigerator not working. Well served breakfast.

The stay was decent the staff was ok they weren’t too friendly. Also I left my pandora bracelet in the bed no one ever returned it , so that means that the housekeeper’s steal .

Very close to shopping and restaurants. Clean room, comfy bed but has a tiny outdated bathroom.
