I love the location and the fact that there's a cafe in the lobby and a restaurant on the top floor with great tasting food and drinks. The staff are exceptional and have been very attentive to my concerns and questions. In the basement are ancient ruins and artifacts that are from the Ottoman empire and the Byzantine empire. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers or couples.

Las habitaciones de la primera planta son pequeñas al igual que la cama (1.35-1.90) el baño superpequeño. La ducha fija y asquerosa, el gel de pared no hace espuma ni olor, no caben dos personas a la vez ni de coña. Las vistas dan a un edificio abandonado. Los trabajadores de la recepción nada amables, les pedimos dos veces que nos cambiaran de habitación y no quisieron. La limpieza de la habitación penosa: durante los 4 dias que estuvimos no limpiaron el suelo nunca, hicimos fotos de las pelusas.....Lo único bueno es la ubicación, pero justo al lado y enfrente hay mucho mejores y son tb de 4 estrellas. Desde luego a este le han regalado 2 mínimo.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica vicino a tutti i servizi; fermata della linea t1 a 200 metri. Piacevole hall con divano e un piccolo bar mentre la sala colazione e ristorante si trovano al 5’ piano con vista sul Mar di Marmara e in lontananza la moschea. Colazione varia e abbondante sia per la parte dolce che salata. Personale cordiale e disponibile. La nostra camera tripla era in realtà una quadrupla divisa in due camere con un bagno con doccia e un wc. Vista su una corte interna, 2 tv e 2 Climatizzatori. Al piano inferiore c’è una antica cisterna visitabile. Dovessi tornare a Istanbul sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel

Muy básico. La atención deja mucho que desear. No te ponen gorros de ducha y si lo pides te tiene que durar toda la estancia porque no te lo reponen. El te de la habitación (2 bolsitas) también don para toda la estancia, porque si tomas alguno no te lo reponen, y si usas alguno de los vasos de papel no te ponen otro limpio. El desayuno es tipo bufet pero regular. La fruta escasa y mala. Si quieres un café que no sea el filtrado tienes que pagarlo aparte. La zona lo único que tiene de buena es que está cerca del tranvía. Hay otras zonas mejores es Estambul, más animadas y con mejor oferta de hostelería cercana. El gran bazar está cerca, eso sí. La habitación es pequeña y el baño mínimo. Sin ningún lujo. Desde luego no es equiparable a un 3 estrellas español

This hotel is disappointing. We booked 4 nights and were given 2 cups of water on day 1. Subsequent ones have to pay for it. The room's door can't be locked when closed from outside. Reception sent technician who after some slamming the door and the door's knob, managed to lock. The aircon cut off, and the technician advised us to leave the aircon louvre opened, so we did(see pictures). The bathroom is very small, and the shower area is very tight (see picture with the width in comparison to the bedroom slipper). On our last dinner and breakfast, the door failed to lock again. So, we left it unlocked, hoping nobody goes in when we are out. The services of the staff were good and friendly,especially the housekeeping staff did a great job. Getting to the hotel was challenging as we had to lug our lugages uphill from our coach to the hotel(almost 8-10 minutes walk)

Rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller! Shower drains very slowly so one will be showering with water accumulating! Room window opens up to other houses and very close with loud noises from the street below. Room door wouldn’t lock and black ours a few times a night! Avoid at all costs.

Ужасные подушки. Отвратительная уборка номера (полы не моют)! Тесный санузел. Отсутствие ручной лейки для душа. Световое табло около кровати. Понравились только завтраки и сам отель (кроме номера).

A belated review I've be meaning to give, better late than never! We stayed here for 2 nights for the Champions League final. We arrived late at 2.30am. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. We asked if there was anywhere open to eat at that time. The staff member offered to go out and get food for us. He came back in 15 minutes with kebabs, beer and water! Just what we needed after a long trip. The rooms were clean and the showers had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was of excellent quality with lots of choice. The restaurant has a sea view. Just want to say thank you to all the staff as they went above and beyond to make us welcome and cater for our needs! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.
