Dieses Hotel ist leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Habe dieses Hotel mit meiner Freundin besucht, nachdem wir die positiven Bewertungen gelesen und die netten Bilder gesehen haben. Dort angekommen, sehr unfreundlicher und unprofessioneller Empfang an der Rezeption. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage direkt zur Straße raus. Es war viel zu laut, einerseits wegen der viel befahrenen Straße, andererseits wegen einem Hundehotel direkt nebenan. Ruhig schlafen war hier leider nicht möglich. Die hygienischen Zustände waren wirklich unzumutbar. Schimmel an den Wänden, der Schlauch der Duschbrause hatte Löcher und war nicht zu nutzen. Des Weiteren alles verkalkt, staubig und schmutzig. Das Zimmer war so klein, es gab keinen Platz zum Sitzen außer auf dem Bett, keinen Kleiderschrank, null Ablagefläche. Einmal und nie wieder, bitte haltet euch fern. Wir mussten das Hotel während unseres Trips wechseln, da es wirklich unzumutbar war.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and checked every day. Provided with fresh stuff every day. Staff was all on hands and when you come back from your trips they provide you with coffee and water to relax you. I would recommend this place as it’s near to all the good places you could visit on a walking distance.

Very nice hotel at a very comfortable location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast is quite good. in the centre of all historical places. For sure will come back to have a great time in Istanbul.

The hotel is a decent stay for the money, clean and nice. The location is very close to Grand Bazaar, although you need to go uphill on a steep street. The room is very small and it took 2 days to make it warm, we needed to stay with the ac on non stop for it to be warm, the cleaning was made daily, changing the sheets, but very superficial cleaning. The breakfast is poor and not very tasty. They ran out of everything and most of the hot dishes were cold. They offered coffee and tea throughout the day for free. The area is safe and we didnt had any problems, you have a very good restaurant around the corner. All in all was a good stay.

The hotel itself it's really nice, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast was really good and rich of choice. We arrived early with a flight and they offered us breakfast even the day when it was not included, and at the time we finished it our room was already prepared for us! Also the receptionist was really nice and took care of our needs. The only downside was the transfer to the airport, which was a bit late, but at the end all ended good so it wasn't ruining our experience. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Excellent facility, clean and quite. The greatest thing of all though was the hosts mr. Ulvi, mr. Jabir and mr. Ali they were kind, respectful and made sure we were provided with everything we needed. They did everything human possible for us to enjoy our stay at the premises. When I visit the city again I will stay there 100%

Well, the photos online doesn't match the reality. it doesn't worth the price and far from representing a 3 STARS hotel. ( there are better hotels in the area with the same price). the location is good but you need to go down to get to the hotel and when you want to reach the main street, it's a long slope, so not suitable for old people who wants to walk or those having luggage. The rooms were small, not like described and not comfortable. we had to ask for changing the room as the beds were making noise in every move, the windows was in front off another rooms window, and when we changed it, we had a room not clean with terrible pillows and covers, and we could see a wall as a view, the ventilation was making a terrible noise. The breakfast was very basic and not tasty, they serve it in the lobby. Finally, the staff was nice and trying to make our stay as good as possible, that's the only positive thing I guess.
