Das war ein schönes Hotel. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da sie auf der ruhigeren Seite des Hotels lag, obwohl sie ohne Golfwagen oder Taxi nicht erreichbar war. Das Frühstück am Morgen war großartig. Es hat einen sehr kleinen Strand, aber einen tollen Poolbereich. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

The hotel is in built in a U-shape with all the rooms facing the pool and the ocean with a balcony or patio. We were on the third floor and enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our balcony. There was furniture on the balcony. The table and two chairs and cushioned bench to lounge on were a great asset. Room was spacious, bathroom tiled with separate shower and toilet. The breakfast buffet was awesome with made to order eggs. The hotel organized special buffet dinners at the beach, which were quite romantic. We also frequented more affordable restaurants down the road. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel entrance. The beach and pool had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Rooftop bar was a fun place to hang out. Negatives: There was a musty smell in the room which only wasn't noticeable when we opened the patio door. The beach area was very small. Pool was not heated. Dinner buffet was expensive.

The hotel is awesome. The roof top pool is quiet and Excellent ocean view. Love this hotel 3rd time there. I always get a oceanview room with a tub on balcony - sooooo relaxing and perfect.
Super friendly helpful staff.
(sadly they disabled jets on tubs)

The room and property were good.
The staff was unhelpful with basic hotel 101 stuff- “can you help me rent a bike?” No. “Can you help me arrange transportation to the airport?” No. “Can you help me find a golf cart to rent?” No.
Also the food and drinks were really bad at their cafe. Sour mix for the margaritas and some pretty inedible (partially frozen) salmon crudo.
Finally, the location is bad. It’s far from everything. If you stay here, you’ll NEED a golf cart. Make sure to rent it ahead of time. I learned the hard way!

This was our second stay at the Hotel Izla. It is a beautiful, well-maintained property. We love the breakfast buffet, the gorgeous beach view and the large pool.
